Quesada Burritos & Tacos

I ordered through Uber Eats and was very disappointed when I received my order. The portion size was extremely small. I ordered a chicken burrito bowl, but it had only 3–4 pieces of chicken. About 70% of the bowl was lettuce, the rice was undercooked, and there were only three slices of pickled onions. Overall, I was heavily disappointed with both the food quality and the portion size. I may stick to Chipotle going forward.

Service was amazing. The young man working alone tonight Jan 7, 2025 around 7pm was very busy and able to keep track of new customers and doordashers within a timely manner. Will be back!

The guy working told me that the crunch tacos were gf and after i ate two, I googled it because it seemed to good to be gf and sure enough it wasn't. I told him multiple times I needed gluten free and the crunch tacos have a soft taco shell made with wheat!

I’ve been a loyal Quesada customer for years and every other location I’ve been to has been amazing, generous portions, fresh ingredients, and great service. Unfortunately, the Vancouver Street location in Victoria has been the complete opposite.

About a month ago, I ordered burrito bowls and they arrived half full. There were literally about five pieces of lettuce, barely a spoonful of rice, and barely any of the toppings I had selected. I called the store directly, and the employee told me to come in next time and they would remake the order for me, so I decided to give this location another chance.

I regret it.

I stood there and watched my burrito being made today, and it was honestly unbelievable. He put maybe 7 kernels of corn, about 3 pieces of pickled onion, and spread the most sheer, almost invisible amount of refried beans I’ve ever seen. Every other topping, cilantro, tomatoes, etc…was sprinkled on like they were trying to make it last for a week. Meanwhile, he loaded it up with lettuce as if that made up for everything else being barely there.

This has been the worst Quesada location I have ever been to. The portions are tiny, the ingredients are stingily applied, and it’s nothing like the quality I consistently get at other locations. I won’t be returning, and I hope management takes this seriously because it’s not even close to the standard Quesada is known for.

Visited Quesada yesterday and had a great experience! The girl preparing my burrito was so kind and welcoming. She made my burrito perfectly. Generous, fresh, and wrapped with care. Thank you for the amazing service!

The service is great, friendly every time, food is great, BUT there is has been the SAME SONG playing on repeat for I think MONTHS now? It’s like this godawful Mumford and sons stomp-clap sounding ohwoahohoh song that squirms into my brain and makes me feel literally insane after waiting in a long line during lunch hour. One employee told me a polite white lie that it just helps them focus but another one was honest and said the sound system is permanently stuck on this ONE SONG and Quesada hasn’t fixed it. If it drives me crazy imagine how awful it would be to hear it 8 hours a day five days a week 😭😭😭 i think that might be against the Geneva convention? I hope Quesada sees this and fixes it. Quesada please send help!

I usually came to this place but never had a worst customer service. There was girl working around 2.40 pm, on Monday 11 Aug, it was me and my mom, all the tables were dirty and we were going to dine in, on the table beside the cashier. When we were going to sit, the worker (girl), said that i am going to sit here, i felt so rude to hat you are stopping customer to sit on the dine in table. Than i told her that your other tables are dirty, she cleaned one but this experience is so worst. The food is fresh and good, but needs to work on customer service
