I Ordered from uber pickup.

Found a piece of plastic in my bowl. And funny that literally my friend told me before i ordered that she heard they have had complaint of a fake Nail in a burrito before.

And my chicken tastes like crap soggy as if just sitting in the hot holding unit for hours.

Ruins my dinner. Ugh

I had a complicated order and many things went wrong within the delivery apps. That said upon calling in, they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The difficulties were handled with understanding and easy solution seeking. I will absolutely making many more large orders for my workplace in the future. Thank you so much Quesada on Vancouver st!!!

I like the different options for base such as half rice half slaw which is what I got with the basic chicken. Also lots of different topping and sauce options. I got pineapple habanero, cilantro lime sour cream, salsa verde and chipotle mayo & it was delicious! Kinda silly you have to pay extra for the roasted veggies but it’s only $1.79 extra so not too bad.

One of the nastiest food delivery experiences I have ever had. Ordered on doordash because of a good deal. The food came and the rice was old, not undercooked. Old and stale, the refried beans were gross and NOT the ones that other quesada locations use. The bowl was not even filled up halfway, maybe a quarter of the way full and it was luke warm temperature wise at best. The cheese hadn't even melted meaning it had never been hot at any point. I am in contact with quesada customer care and I honestly hope they audit this location soon because this was absolutely vile.

This used to be one of my favourite places for lunch when I worked close by. But I am totally disappointed with the food, quantity and service today. The guy who served me pre-filled the bowl with lettuce and asked me if I wanted black bean or processed ( I guess he meant the red bean). I usually go for black bean and rice so got the same. For add ons he asked if I wanted veggies for $1.49 (which was included when they first started this place over a year ago in this location) but he added just a little. After the medium salsa he went on to add sauce instead of adding any other toppings. I insisted to add toppings, he just added a tea spoon full of corn, and he asked if I wanted lettuce (which he layered at first). And all other toppings were so little with just one streak of sauce which wasn’t sufficient, didn’t want to argue with my kid around so took it and came off. Would never visit Quesada again, worst food and service. I’m glad we stopped with one bowl and did not order 2 more for my family.

Do not eat here. They charged me $15 for 3 stone cold Old El Paso tacos half filled with what seemed to be teaspoons worth of the various toppings I ordered, including ice cold "roasted veggies."

My friend ordered extra beef and could not find more than a few stray strings of beef among the rice.

Complete rip-off. You'd be better off buying tacos at walmart and putting a pre-made salad inside of them.

By far the worst food I’ve ever had. I don’t even know where to start… I basically had to force feed myself a quesadilla and I’m honestly concerned about my health. I’m not sure this food was safe to eat, I’ll never been eating at any location ever again. No one could pay me to eat here again. Embarrassing. Thanks for the disgusting food, I love gagging while eating. Disgusting

Ordered a large lunch with advance notice for our team at work. Everything that could have gone wrong went wrong. Poor communication, bad food, absolute waste of time and money. Refused a refund. Contacted corporate who said the owner of the franchise would be in touch within 2 days, owner apparently shares staff's philosophy regarding lack of communication and accountability. With other choices in town for Tex-Mex/Mexican/Latin that serve good food with good service, I can confidently say I would not recommend considering this Quesada location with bad food and non-existent service.
