Friendly staff, good seating, cost of food to what you get is the sore spot as I left hungry for $20. Cost of things, yes of course but was still very disappointed. I've never had a ramen come with only half an egg. This was disappointing as the egg was very good. I had the tonkatsu which was very good, this came with half an egg, 2 good; albeit overcooked pieces of chashu pork, a pinch of ginger and some noodles which were very good. It was a good meal but I left hungry. My friend with me has the spring rolls appt and the mini karrage bowl. Both small portions, also for around $20, also left hungry so we got tims downstairs. Only issue is cost of food to quantity, the food was still good.

We’re visiting Victoria and stumbled upon Ramen Arashi — what a pleasant surprise! We waited just a few minutes before getting seated, and everything from that point on was smooth and enjoyable.

Service was incredibly fast and friendly. Adam, our server, was super attentive and kind — he really made us feel welcome.

The food? Absolutely delicious! Every bowl looked and smelled amazing, rich flavor, perfect texture, and so comforting.

This spot turned out to be an unexpected highlight of our trip. Highly recommended if you’re craving authentic, flavorful ramen in a cozy atmosphere. Don’t miss it!

I had the pleasure of joining in the grand opening celebration with my kids, but we have been to their other location.

The food is delicious - great broth, great noodles, great toppings. The restaurant is bright and open, and the location is amazing. It's very nice to have a quality restaurant in the Westhills.

Best ramen in Victoria. Fast, friendly and unpretentious. Great owners, amazing staff! Slightly more seating after the renos but be prepared to wait, as there isn't a non-busy time to go anymore! Very highly recommended. New location in Langford!

Came here due to seeing the good reviews, as I was craving ramen.
