I had excellent service from Ally at the the Peatt Rd Rhino. Sept 3, 2025.

Come here quite often, service is good. I got the Turkey Bacon wrap, which was a little disappointing. Flavour was ok, however the turkey was VERY dry. No amount of sauce or avocado can make over cooked turkey better.

remarkably overpriced for always gross food and coffee

Very disappointed coming to Rhino this morning. I was coming in for one of there Gluten Free donuts and they have placed them in the same dirty tray as the regular donuts. That is a big red flag and sad that they don't have it in its own tray. That's the least they could do to try not to cross contaminate.

a complaint about my experience at your café on August 31st around 11:00am. I ordered an iced vanilla oat latte and, despite being patient during a busy period, the handling of my order was unacceptable and unsafe.

A drink was left on the bar without a name called out (i was asked my name when I placed my order) . After some time, I asked what it was, and was told it was a “triple espresso latte,” which was not mine. I continued waiting, but observed the barista stop processing drinks in order to adjust the music playlist, despite a long line of cups waiting and multiple customers still without their orders. Several people who ordered after me received their drinks before I did.

When I inquired again, staff appeared confused and asked me to repeat my order. They then said, “yeah, I think it’s the oat one.” This is unacceptable. I am allergic to dairy, and the casual, uncertain handling of my order put my health at risk. My friend had to taste the drink to confirm it was mine. Adding to this concern, my cup did not have a receipt or label confirming the dairy alternative was used, whereas my friend’s order was properly labeled. Given that there is an extra charge for oat milk, and more importantly, that allergies are a serious matter, this lack of care is deeply troubling.

Food allergies should be treated with diligence, not guesswork. The way my order was handled demonstrated a disregard for both customer safety.

I ordered two drinks and a veggie wrap. The drinks were okay – I had a caramel macchiato and a peach mango refresher. The macchiato was fine, but the peach mango refresher wasn’t good at all – the two flavors just didn’t blend well. The veggie wrap, however, was very disappointing, especially considering the price being charged. Definitely not worth the value.

Got an iced Americano at the Uptown location yesterday which was delicious. Came back this morning and they don't open until 7:30 AM? 💀

What diabolical business is this forcing me to get Starbucks for half an hour before they open? 😂

I will give 5 stars if you can open before I start work. Coffee=Early 🐦's.

As a regular Josie Jelly Donut buyer I can confidently state that the quality and size has been going down steadily ever since Rhino opened. At first they were great (big, fluffy, moist, and full of delicious jelly), then the very steady decline started and they’ve gradually got worse and worse to the point that last times was bad, and today’s was absolutely terrible. It was really tiny (probably a 1/3 of the size they used to be and WAY smaller than my husband’s glazed donut), overcooked and dry, with absolutely no visible jelly in it. Just a wet crimson stain where it had soaked into the surrounding donut. My coffee tasted burnt too. Sadly I won’t be going back.

Lots of ppl in a week day

Excellent option to go with family, they have great service and the coffee is really good.

The nicest staff just recommended a gem of a sandwich and it was truly awesome.

Ordered a cortado and a flat white and was handed FULL 12- and 16-ounce drinks; definitely a bit perplexing. The donut at least was pretty good. Wouldn't get coffee here again.

My tea latte was great

Really overpriced but was tasty we had some sort of matcha drink. Atmosphere lacking
