Ordered a cortado and a flat white and was handed FULL 12- and 16-ounce drinks; definitely a bit perplexing. The donut at least was pretty good. Wouldn't get coffee here again.

We had a bagel and a hotdog. Great food! Waited so long for one item that we were literally ready to leave by the time it arrived. Went back to the counter three times to ask. The glass cabinet containing cakes etc was a bit sparse. Prices, perhaps a touch higher than some. But not by a lot at all.

Its so busy, the food is good & the price reflects.
But you would think with such a busy popular company they would train their front of house to be a little more focused on their job than talking to eachother & touching their hair.

I witnessed a lady with black hair mess up multiple shots, pour milk into the wrong cup because she wasn't looking she kept looking back to talk about her weekend. One lady after me asked ' are they working...
