I had high hopes for getting my breakfast sandwich fix at Rise and Grind Coffee after researching different breakfast spots in downtown Victoria and reading their reviews. Rise and Grind Coffee definitely hit the spot! I ordered the BLAST and it was very satisfying! The bacon was crispy, the avocado was fresh and creamy, it was nice and saucy without the bread getting soggy, and I felt full from the sandwich. I replaced the multi-grain bread with sourdough bread. The sourdough bread was not what I was expecting as it was soft. I ordered my sandwich "to go", and they make it easy to eat on the go, which I really appreciate. It was wrapped in an aluminum foil pouch and paper, which made it easy to consume the sandwich without any mess on the go. I will definitely be back!

I’ve only been here twice, and I’m not sure why so little. Literally the best sandwiches, on par with sandwiches you’d find at major cities like LA or New York (that only locals know about but is still busy). There should be a line up from outside as soon as they open. So good, so tasty, so perfectly perfect. The sandwich always sits right.

This place has been consistently a favorite for years for a good hearty sandwich. But the last 3 or 4 orders have been disappointing. Today I ordered a smoothie and there was more than an inch missing…I’d say I got about 9oz of the 12pz I paid for. And the tomatoes I added to my boss hog were not very fresh and kind of mushy. Last time the egg was overcooked and had a chewy plastic-y film on it, last month my coworkers wrap was missing the avocado which was part of the original recipe (not added on). Idont know I just have been disappointed multiple times in a row I don’t think I’ll be coming back or ordering again which kind of makes me sad

A delicious cup of coffee and a wonderful menu of hot breakfast and lunch items.I enjoy coming here for a coffee break afrom work because these guys know how to do fast orders and I’m able to get my food quickly enough that I can sit down and enjoy the delicious food!
Everytime we visit Victoria we try and stop off here - the best sandwiches and such lovely staff.The veggie club is the best vegetarian sandwich I've ever had - yum!

Ordered on Uber this morning. I was having a rough morning after a sleepless night with my 2 year old and the folks here made my morning. They made my coffee perfectly with the added extras I asked for and made a deliciously hot breakfast sandwich. Thanks again, y'all are wonderful!
