We are loyalt customers of Romeo's. The food is always delicious, no matter what you try, and the warm friendly customer service is excellent. Today, we worked with a lovely employee named Jo who's customer service skills were just exceptional. THANK YOU for being so friendly and helpful during a very busy shift!!

The hours need to be updated. I have driven to this location for lunch, two times now, only to find they are closed. The website shows they are open for lunch but there is a sign on the door with the updated hours - please update your website! They even have a full lunch menu online ... why have that if you are not open for lunch?

The food is good but I can't really review because they are always closed when I try to visit.

If you need inclusive catering options for a diverse set of dietary requirements, Romeo's has got you covered. We were able to use both the Hillside and Langford location to cater our staff events, and I can't begin to tell you how thorough and thoughtful the management team at both restaurants was in ensuring we had a meal for everyone's needs. Celiac-safe, diabetic, vegans, onion allergies - you name it. They had a solution for everything. This is so challenging to find in a restaurant, and I can't say enough good things about the care taken by these teams. Thank you Romeos! Looking forward to working with you again in the future!

Vegetarian options: There are great options for vegetarians, including house made sauces full of chunky veggies.

Dietary restrictions: Celiacs can be accomodated with gluten free crusts for pizzas, and pasta options. Just be clear on your needs with your wonderful serving staff, and they will look after you.

We had dinner at Romeo's Place and it checked off all the boxes. Their food was delicious, I would recommend the Souvlaki plate or the Maui Luau pizza. Service was great as they saw we had a small child with us and offered coloring supplies for her. This is definitely a family friendly restaurant and we will for sure be back. Thanks for a great experience.

Been going to Romeo’s for 45 years. Today, however, I found the food so extremely salty, it was almost in edible. I don’t know what change, and why they think so much sodium is so required, but it Is not good for anyone.

I believe this is Romeo's at hillside that we're speaking of. They are good in many ways but they're Pete says is not at nearly as good as a robbias on hillside way less toppings and that was disappointing. Their garlic bread is quite still and zucchini sticks are really really greasy.

Parking: Lots and lots of parking spots

Wheelchair accessibility: As far as I know there are no stairs

First of all, let me say that Romeo's pizzas are very tasty. However... I just ordered their pizza-pasta combo. I got a 12" pizza and some lasagne, and unfortunately that came to a hefty $48 and that didn't include delivery. The pizza, again, was excellent. However, the lasagne was totally disappointing - ameteur at best: It's mostly noodles and sauce with some cheese. The fillings were practically non-existent and the tomato sauce had a weird after taste (unlike the pizza). For $48 I expected a) more quantity of food than what I got and, b) A better lasagne that actually has filling. Keep that in mind if you get the combo.

The pizzas we ordered (and many won't like this) had way too much cheese on it. All six of us had a ridiculous amount of cheese that we each removed from our average tasting pizzas.
I wouldn't recommend Romeo's any longer- they used to be great but I now find the food sub par and underwhelming.
I personally pulled a hair out of my slice as well, very offputting. We won't return.
