Nice place to have drinks on the roof top at the heart of downtown and close to the harbor and victoria seattle/port angles ferry terminal

I found not one bug in my salad but multiple. My food was wasted and I still had to pay for it. That felt bad.

The servers were nice and the environment was pretty.

If you're down for an over capacity crowd of shoulder to shoulder 19 year olds being served by ignorant bartenders on Sundays, this is is the spot for you.

Music and venue were amazing! However, the security was alarmingly unprofessional and disproportionately hostile. I witnessed the bouncer in the washroom with a patron whispering and passing what looked like a bag of cocaine... The bouncer glared at me intimidatingly and left the washroom. I felt extremely uncomfortable and concerned for my safety, to say the least. For context, I was completely sober, cooperative, and respectful to the employee throughout the evening despite their unproffesionalism and cantankerous demeanor. Great place overall and has a very enjoyable atmosphere, but unfortunately, it employs individuals who do not conduct themselves in an appropriate manner in the workplace.

Rude, tasteless & irrelevant. Didn’t get a server for the first 2+ hours, and the customer service would’ve been better at the shelter. Do better, you can’t be ugly and rude it doesn’t work that way ❤️

The menu has shrunk so it's 4 pub grub options. I ordered a beer and they do mini beers only. Then we went to use the volleyball courts and they've taken those away too unless you have a private reso. They've killed the fun that used to be the wicket. Not returning.

Don't order the burger, they charge you $2 for something they call cheese, when it arrives it's a disgusting fake Kraft's singles slice ?. They don't seem to like it when you complain and send it back either. Maybe be more clear on your menu of what people are actually ordering. The last time I came, the service was terrible. This time it was the food. I will never be back unfortunately. I've lived in Victoria most of my life and this place used to be actually good. Shame.

i was expecting a bad experience when looking at the rating, but it wasn’t bad at all, other than being completely empty on a holiday evening. the greek pizza was perfect and they have a ton of fun cocktails, but the food seems overpriced. the service was really attentive, although this may be different at a busier

Rooftop patio seemed like a great idea on a sunny day. It is well advertised, and sounded great. You are greeted by a double set of concrete steps, at the top of which there is a large metal chain that keeps you on the stairs. How long you wait there seems to depend on how interesting the conversation is amongst the servers and the hostess. There was a large flock of them at the stand near the chained off entrance.Although there was nobody in front of us, we waited for a good 5 minutes to be greeted. Eventually we were allowed past the chain, and shown to a table. After another 5 minutes someone dropped off some menus. About 5 minutes after that someone came to take our drink orders. About 10 minutes later we were served. The tables were about 1/3 occupied, and the conversation at the hostess stand still seemed to be the main event. We ordered mixed cocktails, which appeared to be 98% sprite.Really wish the budget could be spent on training staff about service, rather than on advertising. This place was a huge disappointment.
