Start to finish, everything about this operation’s menu and service is well put together. Good variety of beers but not so much to be overwhelming. Same for food options. Know that you’re getting into some serious bar food here. Diet food this is not. But on a cold winter day, it slaps. Try the pierogi sampler, say yes to the confit bacon, and hell yes to the poutine and caesar.

Great service, and the pierogi are Polish-man approved. The base pierogi are absolutely delicious, and their other flavors only build on the delicious dough and filling choices. Also the owner has great musical insight, the staff are great people to chat with and made our visit that much more enjoyable. Leah was great to us as well :)

Stop 3 on our food tour AND the first place we returned to for more. These are not the pierogi's I was used to. these are more dumpling like in size. The owner /chef is also an artist and their paintings adorn the walls. As I understand it he also made most of the dining furniture using reclaimed materials. The pierogi's were flavorful and unique. When we returned later that afternoon we had whisky sours and more of the wonderful pierogi's, this time we had the...
