Had dinner here for the first time and really enjoyed it. The portions were generous, the food was high quality, and the service was quick and efficient. The only thing that could be improved is the atmosphere — the seating near the fireplace, which I assume was decorative, felt a bit cold. Adding some background music, or turning up the volume if it was already playing, would also help create a warmer atmosphere. Overall happy with our experience.

Was in a hurry so chose to take out, still I enjoyed very good service. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming, esp the girl took my orders offered me water & filled up my water cup for me. The atmosphere is very nice, with Thai related decorations. The papaya salad with prawns is among the best I’ve ever had. And I been to Thailand a lot. Recommend!

This restaurant accommodated our group of 12 wonderfully and with such service. The meals were delivered promptly and were absolutely delicious. So many great choices for everyone with great price points. The atmosphere was comfortable and charming. Our server was able to provide everyone with their own bills when we needed them. It was a great night out at Subhai Thai restaurant.

$70 for three TINY containers for takeout. Sure the foods tasty but I’m getting the smallest portions I’ve ever seen it really feels like a scam. This is why places go out out of business greedy practices

The server was amazing, accommodating, friendly, personable, genuine, and asked all the necessary questions (allergies, spice level). I’m not sure if she was the owner but you can tell she knew her stuff. She accommodated all of our requests and made awesome recommendations. The restaurant was inviting, and had nice water and fire features. The food was top notch, and came out quickly. Before they opened for dinner, we had seen people wait outside of the restaurant to get in once they opened, which is always a good sign anywhere you go. Thanks for the amazing food, would recommend and I wish I got the servers (or owner?) name!
Really great food and great service. But I had to take down a star since I feel they are overpriced. Especially when they make you pay for the rice of the main dishes 😒

The servers were nice but the food was dreadful, packet mixes from the supermarket would have been much better. There was nothing Thai about it, I doubt they even have a Thai recipe book. Avoid.

We almost walked out even before placing our order. The table we were given had two air conditioners blowing from both sides and a fan directly above us — it was uncomfortably cold. When we asked if the fan could be turned off, we overheard the manager raising her voice at our waitress. Later, when we requested to move to another table, the manager gave us a lecture about city bylaws and fire hazards supposedly preventing a fifth chair — which felt more like an excuse than a real policy.
Her passive-aggressive attitude throughout the interaction was such a turnoff. It really soured the entire experience.
As for the food: nothing memorable and definitely overpriced. We paid $130 for four dishes that weren’t worth more than $60. We won’t be going back.
