This place always messes up my takeaway order over the phone. Other than the fact that I have to fish out tripe from my lemongrass soup it's really good. The one is esquimalt doesn't mess up my order.

Felt like a great day for Pho and Saigon Char-Broil was a perfect spot for it! The service was quick and servers are super friendly. I appreciate you get your own unlimited sauces per table, so I could slather my pho with hoisin 🤤 The were restocking the chili sauce at each table to keep it fresh, and the food itself was outstanding! Topped off with Vietnamese coffee.... cozy vibes complete 🙌

Extremely food good. You get what you pay for in terms of portion sizes. The spicy pho is soooo yummy. The viet sub is also a great lunch item!

I gave a 4-star rating because it’s a small business, and I didn’t want to affect their overall score too harshly. However, I’ve tried many pho restaurants around Victoria, and this was unfortunately one of the most tasteless and bland bowls I’ve had, especially for $20. I wouldn’t recommend ordering the pho. That said, I’m sure other items on the menu may be better, but their pho definitely needs improvement.

Their subs are nice. I tried a noodle bowl yesterday, worst I’ve ever had. Tasteless un-crispy greasy spring roll with a mushy texture inside. Pork was dry. Vegetable were old, the cilantro was yellow. Noodles were overcooked.

Maybe not the best pho on the island, but the clean and welcoming atmosphere, friendly service, and fair prices make it worth a repeat visit.

I had a disappointing experience with the service. I brought my daughter for an early dinner and only ordered one dish for her. The waitress only provided one glass of water and had a very poor attitude throughout. To make matters worse, she slammed the invoice down before my daughter had even finished her meal. We won’t be returning.

We ordered #36 + #6. Dry, sad meats, skanky tasting oil, half-cooked spring rolls. I apologized to my body after eating half of it. The Esquimalt location is like a different restaurant and far better.

Great lunch spot. Banh mi roll is nice and warm and soft, tofu has great texture. Excellent service.

Ordered delivery through Skip - lemongrass shrimp and chicken vermicelli with spring roll. I can’t even say it tasted bad, it tasted like nothing. The food had zero flavour, the spring rolls were greasy with no flavour. It feels like if someone who kind of hates you but doesn’t want to be obvious about it served you dinner. There’s much better Vietnamese in town from restaurants that cook at least a little bit of love into their food, this was not worth the money.

Food is overpriced and mediocre. ordered two Vermicelli dishes (pork and chicken) bill came to $40 (wow...) then when i asked if i can get some extra sauce the lady at the till pointed at a price list for extra sauce. IF i were to stay inside and eat, take up real estate it would be free. which makes zero sense.

Better places to eat with better atmosphere and prices. Pho Vy and Green leaf come to mind.
