It used to be our fav spot to go for Vietnamese food. But the recent changes in staff and (ownership?) have made the food taste different and spring rolls are doughy. Not going back anymore.
Delicious food and speedy service.
We enjoyed the spring rolls both chicken and shrimp and a noodle soup. Very clean and lovely ambience
This place is delicious and I'd recommend coming here to people. Fresh and fast in a clean and hygienic restaurant and the staff is extremely friendly. :)
Food was very good and ample. Server was polite and helpful. The downside was the dirt. Dirty chopsticks, sauce bottles, tables, windows. Could use a good clean.
Was very tasty and warm on a mild winter January day. Big portions. King size is the way to go here. This is authentic. Right down the cozy corner quaint style dining. Will be back for more. Fair prices.
i am strictly a vegetarian and they put beef in my tofu bahn mi. I almost threw up.

This place always messes up my takeaway order over the phone. Other than the fact that I have to fish out tripe from my lemongrass soup it's really good. The one is esquimalt doesn't mess up my order.

Felt like a great day for Pho and Saigon Char-Broil was a perfect spot for it! The service was quick and servers are super friendly. I appreciate you get your own unlimited sauces per table, so I could slather my pho with hoisin 🤤 The were restocking the chili sauce at each table to keep it fresh, and the food itself was outstanding! Topped off with Vietnamese coffee.... cozy vibes complete 🙌

Extremely food good. You get what you pay for in terms of portion sizes. The spicy pho is soooo yummy. The viet sub is also a great lunch item!

I gave a 4-star rating because it’s a small business, and I didn’t want to affect their overall score too harshly. However, I’ve tried many pho restaurants around Victoria, and this was unfortunately one of the most tasteless and bland bowls I’ve had, especially for $20. I wouldn’t recommend ordering the pho. That said, I’m sure other items on the menu may be better, but their pho definitely needs improvement.

Their subs are nice. I tried a noodle bowl yesterday, worst I’ve ever had. Tasteless un-crispy greasy spring roll with a mushy texture inside. Pork was dry. Vegetable were old, the cilantro was yellow. Noodles were overcooked.

Terrible. Want my $45 back. Was definitely instant noodles
really not worth paying for
Maybe not the best pho on the island, but the clean and welcoming atmosphere, friendly service, and fair prices make it worth a repeat visit.

I had a disappointing experience with the service. I brought my daughter for an early dinner and only ordered one dish for her. The waitress only provided one glass of water and had a very poor attitude throughout. To make matters worse, she slammed the invoice down before my daughter had even finished her meal. We won’t be returning.
