At first glance this cafe is cute. Upon closer look it was filthy. They had 3 croissants in the pastry case and there were flies crawling all over them. Not like one or two but several flies. I ordered the “ fancy” hot chocolate because the standard one was described by the cashier as “ just your regular hot chocolate powder”. She said the more expensive one was shaved chocolate. The drink was so gross. It was lukewarm and tasted like dishwater. We sat upstairs in the lounge chairs, behind the chairs was a pile of mouse droppings. The bathroom was filthy. I regret even taking a sip of the drink. Don’t go. Victoria has so many other options for coffee shops.

Love the aesthetics of the shop! Amazing flat white. Matcha latte was okay (they don’t have syrup / sugar available so if you prefer your matcha slightly sweetened then this isn’t the place). Not too friendly service.

I absolutely love this place. this place is super relaxed, yes you can work in it as well because they have a cool loft, the staff is amazing, and they take their time to make delicious coffee.
I also have apparel, and reading material that you can buy. I also love that I can have ice cream and coffee together....

Nice looking shop. Wanted a 12 ounce decaf to go. Only 8 ounce cup available. Where's your sugar and cream? Sorry we don't have any sugars... Sorry we only have milk... And in the end the coffee wasn't that good black either, binned within a block and I think it was 6 bucks. If you want a foo foo place this is maybe for you but I was looking for a good coffee

Ordered a latte and a croissant—both were fantastic! The latte was perfectly smooth, and the croissant was fresh and flaky. What made the experience even better was the barista, who clearly has a passion for making great coffee. You could tell by the way they carefully prepared each drink. Definitely a spot I’ll return to!
Beautiful beautiful location with a really funky minimalist aesthetic which is growing more and more popular in both coffee shops and dispensaries. This is for coffee aficionados who can taste the difference between single origin, coffees and the likes. I'm not one of those folks but can appreciate the sophistication needed. For us regular drip folk, especially those who are plant-based, this might not be the place for you. There is no drip, but I won't hold that against them. But I feel like one plant-based item would be great. Or if not not upcharging $1 plus for plant-based milks. It's also nice if oat milk is offered for the customer to be able to pour the amount they would like (i was offered oat after asking and then told that I couldn't pour it).
Dietary restrictions: No vegan options, up charge of a dollar plus for milk alternatives

This coffee spot is truly a magical little place! It’s a bit tucked away and seems unassuming from the outside but it is so beautiful on the inside! Everyone is incredibly friendly and kind, and OH MY GOSH can these baristas make good coffee! We are picky coffee drinkers to say the least and were mightily impressed. If you’re looking for proper coffee, this is your place in Victoria, 100%. We watched one of the baristas perform a perfect pour, finishing the cappuccino with a swan design in the foam, all while having an engaged and smiling conversation with a customer! Certainly put a big smile on our faces and we loved the coffee, the ambiance and the general vibe here. We were only in Victoria for two days, and luckily found this place on our first day- and came right back for coffees the next morning. Also can highly recommend their fantastic matcha drinks which are amazingly well done! You can’t go wrong here- definitely pop your head in.
