I’ve had sarpinos a few times before and always really liked it! My boyfriend and I were disappointed to see that both our pizzas were very over cooked. The cheese was hard and all of it was brown.

We got two medium pizzas with four different flavors for under $40 (including tip). The pickup was quick, and both the original and thin crust were great. The tomato sauce was decent, but the pesto flavor lacked a bit of punch. The chicken tasted a little on the older side, but overall, it was still better than Pizza Hut or Domino’s in my opinion.

Won’t recommend anyone to go there. This is what I got for $30 for a medium pizza. Pizza is burned, onions burned. Even tho I specifically informed to make it lightly done ✅. I will never visit this place again.

Very very unsatisfied. CEDAR HILL. Placed a pre order at 4:32pm for 2 medium pizzas to be delivered at 6pm. When 6:23pm came around and there was no sign of our pizza I decided to call and inquire where our dinner was as we had paid for the delivery fee and a tip. When I called I was told that the delivery driver was infact out delivering, but other orders not ours. He still had to come back and pick ours up to then take out for our delivery. So I asked if our pizzas have been sitting there for 25 minutes and she said yes, but under the oven lamps. And I then asked how much longer till the delivery driver gets to ours. She then asks me to hold on and I can hear them talking in the background. She says about 20 minutes more. So, i said that would mean our pizzas are now then sitting there, already made, for 40 minutes? She said yyyaaaaaa... sorry. I said that is unacceptable and we don't want them, not after sitting ready made under a warming light for 40 minutes. That shows no food safe or quality care at all. I asked for a refund, she said she didn't know how and was again put aside on the phone while 2 of them talked in the background. She said there was nothing that she could do. I said we would take cash (we paid credit) and she proceeded to talk to the other person again. I then had to ask loudly for her to come back to the receiver as now I've been on the phone for 10 minutes still with no pizza or issue resolved. I said we would like cash back as this is so long and drawn out by this point. So then we had to drive down to receive the refund. When we got there, there was so reasoning why the driver was still out, no sincere apologies, no customer care (we have been ordering here for years), no accountability, not even a call that our pizza was going to be late. Not a care from them. Just that the driver was still out with other deliveries. We most definitely will not be ordering from here again. I got the impression that they are under new ownership.

Ordered pizza two hours in advance for 6pm. No pizza by 630. Called only to be told that our pizza has been sitting in their 'warming oven' since before six and would still be another 20 min because "their driver was busy". We eventually had to DRIVE to the location to get a cash refund. Unbelievably poor customer service. Avoid this location at all costs.

New owners and it shows. They even changed the bacon on their pizza to bacon crumble. I don't know who needs to hear this but that's not real Bacon it's soy. So is the beef, pork and chicken.

I loved this location. It was very friendly and pizza was very good. However, now under new ownership it became even better. Great pizza! Very delicious! Now it's just perfect! And very friendly personnel. Hope, you guys will stay with this quality for long-long time. Thank you!

They don't offer the online deals that other locations offers. Still the best pizza in town though.
