Sarpino's Pizzeria Esquimalt

I changed my review to fit the recent service as they responded and fixed everything.. ❤️
The cheese burger and donair pizza are both good choices.. LOVE the crust as it's not too thick.
And they are great to respond to any issues, Once I wasn't happy with my one pizza, they responded quickly and took care of it..

Great pizza ever

The staff were nice but the 2 pizzas we ordered (pepperoni, cheese) were hands down THE worse pizzas I've ever had.
They were burned & dry with no flavour. Will never order from there again. I don't know how they stay in business....they must survive on only 1st time customers since I can't imagine anyone going back for more.

Had the Hawaiian and the Meat Lovers and they were both the worst pizza I've ever had. Also had the Caesar salad which came with no dressing! Threw out most of the pizza and salad. The dough was soggy and there was almost no cheese. A frozen pizza at the grocery store is a better choice.

Got quite sick from pizza i ordered here. Very disappointed as I'd eaten this pizza several times before and there were no issues. Probably I'll never eat here again due to the food poisoning.

$9 upcharge for gluten free crust is extreme

I really like pizza, I've been on the island for over 2 years and I've tried a few pizzerias, I had stopped eating it. But this evening a friend made me try your pizza and WOW 🤩 I finally found THE pizzeria of my dreams on this island!! So good!! Truly perfect!! I will definitely come back to your restaurant 🤩🤩🤩

Had to cancel an order. They got the cancelation immediately and said I would be refunded. After numerous calls and emails the charge is still on my visa.

Wayyyy to expensive $37 small pizza 🙄

This is too bad, the only place we had left in Esquimalt that was descent for pizza (since the new ownership took over). Well, it's over, Chicken pizza had hardly any chicken and the chicken pieces were all dry, same with the shrimp one, like zero shrimps, a few half piece here and there and shriveled and dry like, what happened to them ?? So disappointing. Farewell Sarpinos', you are nice people but your product has become extremely low quality, sadly !

We stayed at the RV park on the water, and decided on pizza, we walked up to get them.
Great pizza, still hot when we got back. The Hawaiian and meat lovers.
Glad we chose this pizzeria.

The service is very good even if he's alone he can still manage to answer calls and walk-in customer as well as the app order pickup. It was busy time when i took my order and the front guy always smile and give a positive reaction with every customers. And I love the pizza that I got. It was so good. I recommend this place to everyone.

The pizza is not good and the service is very bad. The waiting time is long and the edges of the dough are almost burnt. The quantity of pizza ingredients is small.
