Order a vegetarian breakfast bagel and they took it the ham and heated it up. I got it to go and first bite I tasted the ham. This is so very pathetic, I will never go to a Serious coffee again.

The products are consistently very high quality, their turmeric latte and london fog are especially excellent. Service is efficient, but the people are miserable, you can tell this is not a happy workplace.

Great selection of snacks and a wide choice of beverages. I just had the cheddar bagel with cheese, lemon loaf and a London Fog made with oat milk.
The best place for a Matcha, the manager Erik is the best, always remember his People, I was not from Victoria, came two weeks in 2021, have my coffee in the morning and matcha in the afternoon, left and came back in June 2024, he remember me, what I was taking in the morning and in the afternoon, that what I call a good manager

Been a total of 3 times. First two times 5 stars!! Great drinks, cozy atmosphere. Zero complaints. Went this morning. Was served the most disgusting drink, of course I didn't notice till I was back in my car so I couldn't get my drink remade. But was thoroughly disgusted. And both drinks we ordered were incorrectly made.

This place has a great atmosphere, and the coffee is decent. However, I must say that the coffee is quite robust and bitter. If you enjoy a strong, specific flavor, then this might be the place for you.
