SHAKE IT Bubble Tea (Uptown)

This was my first time visiting this location. I ordered two bubble teas — the mango was excellent, but the strawberry had a sour taste. I went back to the store, and they kindly replaced it without any hassle. That’s true customer satisfaction! I’ll definitely be returning.

I always get their matcha bubble tea, and I love it so much! And their pudding is so Light and creamy in the bubble tea ⁠♡

We love this place , they have really tasty bubble tea. But today, we had an unpleasant experience.

We decided to try the “Signature Bubble Tea” (as written on the poster, listed as drink number 2 and you can even see bubbles in the image on the poster for this drink ). When placing the order, we specifically asked for the Signature Bubble Tea with no ice.

However, when we received our drinks, there were two issues: first, there were no bubbles inside, and second, ice was added.

I went to the cashier to explain that something had gone wrong. I mentioned that we had asked for no ice and pointed to the drink we ordered on the poster. She politely blamed us, saying we should have mentioned “number 2,” but we had clearly said the name of the drink.

It would be much better if staff confirmed the order more carefully and if the menu was updated to make it more clear

So disappointing. Ordered the mango bubble tea and received it with 3 pounds of sugar in it. Couldn’t drink it and ended up straining out just the tapioca. I’m not being anti-sugar- it was REALLY SWEET. DISGUSTINGLY. Not worth the $8, btw. The staff was also rude and depressing.

Clean, fast service and good tasting bubble tea. Tried the Taro milk with pearls and it was delicious.

It isn’t very crowded service is fast and the bubble tea is top notch

The staff are nice, clean bathroom, nice little place to hang out in, amazing flavors. Honestly some of the best chocolate and taro bubble tea I've ever gotten

Wish they are paying more attention to order

I bought it for like 8$ and it was sooooo sweet l literally had three drinks and threw it out. I get people like sweet but it was like drinking liquid sugar ✨

Mhhhhhm sooooo goooooooooood! I always try lychee or passion fruit with 50%!

It was delicious, but the plastic pieces kept coming out the whole time I was eating it, so I thought I was getting killed.
At first I just ate it and then threw it away.

I orderd roasted milk tea and it was so rich taste and delicious! I needed coins to get on the bus, so I asked and they gladly changed them for me. It was a great help. Thank you so much!

No customer service. Rude staff. I asked no ice and 30% sugar, they gave me 70% sugar and a lot of ice cubes.

By far my favorite boba!!
