SHAKE IT Bubble Tea (Uptown)

It was delicious, but the plastic pieces kept coming out the whole time I was eating it, so I thought I was getting killed.
At first I just ate it and then threw it away.

I orderd roasted milk tea and it was so rich taste and delicious! I needed coins to get on the bus, so I asked and they gladly changed them for me. It was a great help. Thank you so much!

No customer service. Rude staff. I asked no ice and 30% sugar, they gave me 70% sugar and a lot of ice cubes.

I ordered a warm signature milktea with tapioca, pudding and a cheese foam. Unfortunately the guy who made it didn't make it warm and didn't put cheese foam on it. I went back to ask for the cheese foam, and the guy didn't even say sorry and he sealed the cup again without putting cheese foam. And for the last time, I went back to ask for it again. This time my husband talked to him and finally he put the cheese foam. I know it's not that big of a deal but we paid for it, and the guy didn't even bother to apologize not even once. I hope I'll never experience it again because I really love shake it.

I tried mango milk tea with grass jelly. Definitely better than other places in the town. Just go with a 30 or 50 % sweetness level and you will love it.

This place definitely saved my ? on 30°C+ post parade conditions when I seriously thought I was going to melt. Ordered two drinks which arrived promptly and was ice cold ❄️ Precisely what I need to continue the transit commute without passing out from heat stroke.

I ordered the taro milk tea and the ? black tea with ? foam. Both are delicious but I had to admit I do favor the latter.

Def will return if I get myself into critical thirst level again.

Good bubble tea! Lots of options. But if you don't like hyper-sweet drinks, make sure you get it 50% sugar or even less.

Just a cute little bubble tea shop, honestly some of the best bubble tea I have had. Got a mango milk tea with mango jelly. Sweet and a little tang loved it!

I got the mango slush and it was nice but it was overly sweet even for 50% sugar. It had such a strong after taste as well. I don’t know if would go here again. It’s not the greatest for $10 worth of bubble tea

The boba itself is alright but the customer service is atrocious. I have never had a nice short wait for my order here, maybe they are understaffed but 10 minutes is unreasonable. Also, the self checkout machine is a nightmare especially when the receipt paper runs out. The staff seemed like I was inconveniencing him when I told him to fix the machine. I would not return to this place after giving it many chances, they just do not understand customer service.
