I always always buy from this store almost weekly, im a bubble tea addict and so far out of all the other stores Ive tried this comes close to the taste that I like. I always order the same thing, signature milk tea w/ brown sugar & coconut jelly. I actually dont like the black pearls but it comes with the brown sugar so its ok but my favorite is the coconut jelly. My experience with this store has been good so far its just that, it happened 3x already my order didnt come with coconut jelly ☹️ maybe due to miscommunication but I will still continue to patronize this store.

They offer exceptional service, alling with delicious options. They also have machine order options

Customer service is very poor. The young woman who has helped me a couple times does not respond to questions or comments. Last time my drink was the wrong size and I tried to get her attention about 5 times before I ended up having to yell ‘excuse me’ really loudly :( when I explained the issue she didn’t even acknowledge me or say anything, she just took the drink and told off her coworker in Chinese that it was supposed to be a large not a small. If I didn’t understand her I wouldn’t have had anyway to know she was aware of my issue and was going to fix it.

Also the last time I visited, the bubbles were very overcooked and soft. The drink cost me almost $9! At a bakery if they burn the bread they don’t try to sell it, they remake it or tell people they are out for the day.

This was my first time visiting this location. I ordered two bubble teas — the mango was excellent, but the strawberry had a sour taste. I went back to the store, and they kindly replaced it without any hassle. That’s true customer satisfaction! I’ll definitely be returning.

I always get their matcha bubble tea, and I love it so much! And their pudding is so Light and creamy in the bubble tea ⁠♡

We love this place , they have really tasty bubble tea. But today, we had an unpleasant experience.

We decided to try the “Signature Bubble Tea” (as written on the poster, listed as drink number 2 and you can even see bubbles in the image on the poster for this drink ). When placing the order, we specifically asked for the Signature Bubble Tea with no ice.

However, when we received our drinks, there were two issues: first, there were no bubbles inside, and second, ice was added.

I went to the cashier to explain that something had gone wrong. I mentioned that we had asked for no ice and pointed to the drink we ordered on the poster. She politely blamed us, saying we should have mentioned “number 2,” but we had clearly said the name of the drink.

It would be much better if staff confirmed the order more carefully and if the menu was updated to make it more clear

So disappointing. Ordered the mango bubble tea and received it with 3 pounds of sugar in it. Couldn’t drink it and ended up straining out just the tapioca. I’m not being anti-sugar- it was REALLY SWEET. DISGUSTINGLY. Not worth the $8, btw. The staff was also rude and depressing.

Clean, fast service and good tasting bubble tea. Tried the Taro milk with pearls and it was delicious.

It isn’t very crowded service is fast and the bubble tea is top notch

The staff are nice, clean bathroom, nice little place to hang out in, amazing flavors. Honestly some of the best chocolate and taro bubble tea I've ever gotten

Wish they are paying more attention to order
