I’ve been a customer for years. Never experienced an auto gratuity of 15% on my bill anywhere. Thankfully I was not able to add a tip otherwise I would have. LOOK AT YOUR BILL!

Strongly！Do！Not！Recommend！ I had a terrible experience at this Japanese restaurant. The server was extremely rude. When I requested some extra wasabi, the waitress refused and said, “You only ordered this right? I think you have enough.” The food was overly salty, with too much sauce added, seemingly to make customers drink more water and eat less. Additionally, at the bottom of the menu, there was a small line about a mandatory 15% tip, which we only noticed when it came time to pay. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. Won’t visit again.

They went from $40 to $45 plus auto gratuity. In Ontario, all you can eat is $25-$30. Some people got food poisoning from eating here. (Read all the 1 star reviews, so many people had diarrhea). They also lie about the wild salmon-it is farmed salmon. Also rude customer service. Not worth your money

This was a great stop for lunch. We had the beef teriyaki bento with sashimi, and there was a bento special as well. Delicious! I had them add the sesame house special sauce to the rice. It was sooo good!

All you can is awesome! Such large portions of fresh fish. They don’t cheap out with the fillings. Great deals regularly. Just started going recently because I avoid downtown. I make trips regularly now

As others have pointed out auto gratuity is just criminal, not legally but ethically and figuratively. If you don't want to pay your staff well and want them to depend on tips then please put a notice outside saying you don't pay your staff enough even after charging $45 for mediocre buffet. The only reason this restaurant is in business I because there isn't another sushi buffet.
It is generally poor service, rude inflexible behavior, mediocre food, and punitive policies. If this is how cheap they are outwardly think about all the corners these guys are cutting in the kitchen.
