I have just recently started working with Coco with a health issue that's been going on for just over a year now. She has recommended and started me on some very effective Chinese herbal remedies that have removed the discomforting symptoms that I've been experiencing. And her recommendations have made it possible for me to get on with my days now without the discomfort. She is very focused, knowlegable, kind and attentive to people who come into her store. I find that she treats people who come into the store with respect, dignity and honor. She sat with me one on one and asked key questions to what symptoms I'm experiencing. She also took into careful consideration what my General Practitioner has already found out about the issue I'm seeing her about, and works in complimentary fasion to my Doctors diagnosis. Coco is very thorough and focused minded on helping the best way she possibly can. She is a great addittion to my Practitioner team, and I'll deffinitely be continuing to see her. Thank you Coco.

I had a lovely experience going into this little herbal store, their selection is great, but not overwhelming. It was my first time getting a tobacco free blend to try to kick the habit and the owner was able to whip something up for this novice with no problem. I’m smoking it now and it is perfect. Did not find this store professional, the reason i say that. Is in these covid times the employee was not wearing a mask, too many ppl in the store, not what the signs on door said. Also not wearing masks. And the customers were touching anythong and everything. Those products were not being santitized.

Here is a suggestion...why not change your answering machine message letting people know that the store will be closed on a business day so people don't make a trip downtown for no reason at all.
