The lady serving was nice and friendly.But the food here is not so good.Got fried dough balls instead of chicken.Save yourself and get something from any other store in the mall.The fried rice was not fried. It was just boiled rice with carrots and peas.The bourbon chicken was somewhat edible.

The lady working there has always been very nice to me. And for me it has always been a cheap and cheerful option that has always hit the same spot. I look forward to going!
I hate to do this but it feels like I probably should. I eat here semi frequently as I work across the street, and it's always been fine. (If a little stale depending on when you go) but today...I found a small strip of metal in the ginger beef, looks like maybe from a scrubbing pad or something of the sort. So I think I'll have to steer clear from now on.Edit: adding insult to injury at this point, the iced tea they sold me was also expired.

Food was very old and overcooked. Like others have said chicken balls were dough balls with no chicken. Ginger beef was so hard it was inedible. Didn't bother asking for my money back. Couldn't even eat the food, would rather go hungry. DO NOT EAT HERE.

Fried rice was not fried, was overboiled mush, the pork was super chewy, tasted expired. Nothing had any flavour at all, far less than your average mall Chinese food outlet. Had to throw my lunch out it was so bad :(

I've had takeout combo boxes here a few times and they always satisfy. Nothing special but it's your standard Americanized Chinese food.

This shop is a joke… most disrespectful customer service ever!I have some gift cards handy. I confirmed with the lady working there BEFORE I order that I can indeed use them. After ordering, the lady did not set up the card machine properly so my gift card won’t go through. At this point, she was already very impatient, as if I am too stupid to use the machine. So I handed my card directly to her and said “you do it”. She took my card, helped me swiped it a couple times. Of course it won’t work, because it was not set up properly. Now it’s the ridiculous part: she said to me “do you see the customers lining up behind you?” Wow, the audacity, I was immediately agitated and I replied with “not my problem”. She replied “so it’s mine?” Come on, of course It’s you problem, I have used gift cards at other shops many times and never had any problems. If I wasn’t in a hurry I would not leave until she apologies. Funny enough, In the end, she figured the machine out and the cards went through okay. I know you can’t expect too much customer service from a food court, but for her to speak to me like that, it’s just purely disrespectful and is not unacceptable. How awful.
