The name of this place really makes sense. The service is always kind and meets us with a genuine smile. And when you try your food, doesn’t matter if it’s the fried chicken or the corndogs, they are so delicious that you will probably smile too.

Decided to try a different Korean fried chicken place and happened upon Smile Chicken. The person who took my order warned me of their hot spicy chicken and recommended that I take the sauce on the side. I was grateful for this recommendation because the sauce was truly very spicy but also had an odd after taste so I was much happier enjoying my regular plain Korean fried chicken. I also ordered the soy garlic flavour and that too seemed to have an odd after taste. Unfortunately this would not be on my top choices when attending to a Korean fried chicken craving.

Korean Fried Chicken. Since I discovered it exists I can’t get enough of it. Boneless or Bone in. I have never been disappointed. The staff were great, easy to talk to and have a laugh with. The lunch special is on point if I do say so myself. I loved the sweet and spicy flavour choices. I enjoyed the experience so much I forgot to take pictures. Next time maybe.

We visited this Human Food to try the out of this world Corn dog, 10/10 would recommend to all visitors yes even martians love this food! We must return to sample the luxurious Chicken burgers and fried chicken but the corn dog has a whimsical charm, a sweet and savory treat to be reckoned with for sure!
Hands down the best Korean corn dogs I’ve tasted!! I only go every 1-2 months because, if I couldn’t control myself I’d go everyday lol. They are just that good. The service is soo good, everyone is super friendly. If you’re new to Victoria, this is a must!

We came here on a lovely Food tour (Off the Eaten Path) and tried the Korean corn dogs, which are basically made from a light, sweet dough, lightly sugared on the outside after they were fried. The combination of hot dog, fried crispy dough, and mustard and ketchup - fantastic!!! High recommend.
