The woman working in the store is so kind. My group and I showed up 30 mins before closing and we were too late to order a brown sugar pearl bingsoo. She gave us a free sample container of the pearls with our strawberry yogurt bingsoo (delicious by the way).

Just went to snowy village for the first time and it was incredible! The owner and her daughter are both so sweet and kind! My friend and I ordered the mango bingsoo and it was 10/10! The fresh mango was so delicious. We will definitely be back!

Boring & overpriced

I love going here with my friends: the bingsoo is delicious and a very generous portion (I would say each one serves 2-3 people), and the taiyaki is so good! I recommend the pizza one. The staff are always very nice as well!

So a cute place, the Bingsoo is so incredible. I love the texture - it's like eating powder snow, and because it's not so rich like ice cream you can eat lots! We tried the chocolate and strawberry - the cheesecake topping is delicious, fruit is fresh. The lady was very lovely and friendly. Worth the wait for these little masterpieces. Would be a great date to come and share one of the big ones.

The taste of the bingsoos are delicious but its more of a shaved ice in the middle to the bottom no flavor at all. I suggest to put more flavored syrups or toppings in the middle or in the bottom so it won't taste boring. ?

Picked up the order and opened it up in my car to eat it. paid $20 and primary ingredient, mochi was rock hard! Either they don't even know what mochi is or they are using really old stuff. Never going back again and also DO NOT RECOMMEND to anyone.

The operator clearly feels like they are too good for your business. We arrived as a group of 6 to a relatively busy store with customers eating in, but we were told they would only serve takeouts. When asked if we could have our ‘takeouts’ in store, we were LOUDLY told that we couldn’t because (and I’m quoting) ‘[they] had too many order already and there wasn’t room for us’ - which I felt was insinuating we were too large a group. There were customers vacating their tables as we were being told this and we would have fit, but the server flat out denied that option. I felt like we were a mob of ‘undesirables’ they’d rather not serve!

Thank you for acknowledging and apologizing for my having felt discriminated against, and I’m sorry for your mom’s situation. However, you are not excused! You’re acknowledging an ‘underperformance’ in business practices and calling my observations a ‘fabrication’ at the same time. This is both confusing and are both conflicting stance! The tone of your response start with politeness but ends clearly with a snarky tone that suggests the customer is at fault. You are not doing your mom or her business any favours. Anyone else reading this, my mention of ‘high and mighty’ attitude is not the first! Read the reviews!

The owner's behavior was unacceptable. Despite the restaurant being completely empty, they rudely refused to let us take a seat. This level of poor customer service is baffling and unwarranted.
As for the food, it's mediocre at best but comes with an eye-watering price tag. Definitely not worth the money, especially considering the hostile treatment from staff.
I'd strongly advise looking elsewhere for a meal. There are surely better options with fair prices and staff who actually value their customers.
