I've been to the restaurants and also ordered their delivery service a few times. They offer Early-bird delivery promotion (Place an order before 3:30pm on certain days then free delivery), but I found the process extremely difficult. The restaurant didn't answer the phone call for the order placement, so I had to email back and forth for this. I think this can be improved somehow. And you can't choose the delivery time, so it's just whenever they show up. Their food and portion are good.
