Thankyou so much Soupa Cafe. You provided the most lovely service to me with a very patient gentleman who answered all my questions (I had a lot!!)
And the mushroom soup !!! Wow it was amazing and probably the only restaurant in town who uses olive oil to make their mushroom soup. And it GLUTEN FREE!!! So all my friends out there who are trying to ditch seed oils and PUFAs / try this place out!!
Thankyou so much Soupa Cafe. I'll look no further next time I crave you.

$30 for two medium cups of tomato soup with no bread and no toppings in a to go container… first and last time coming here

Unfriendly counter person who never smiled. I approached the counter in a friendly manner and said I had never tried their food before. Worker blankly stared at me. I ordered a ham and cheese sandwich. Worker did not ask me what options I wanted on the sandwich which is fine - I just asked questions. Choices were limited - no choice of bread, cheese or greens (just spinach). Sandwich was served on mediocre grocery store bread with warm ham that seemed like packaged meat. The warm meat was off-putting on a cold sandwich. Not happy for a $14 sandwich. I would have enjoyed a Subway sandwich more.

The food was not good at all and I would not recommend coming here. I ordered a Cobb salad and the chicken was so over cooked it was not edible

I usually order from here via Skip the dishes but today I was close by, to why not stop in. I found myself in the arcade where it was located. It was a cute spot. Away from the heat which was a plus. I was met with kind service and light conversation. I ordered my favourite creamy mushroom soup, another tasty option is the chicken stew or the African peanut. Just saying. I’ll definitely eat here again, I want to try items I’ve yet to taste.

It is a fast food counter. The turkey bacon sandwich had a small amount of meat and too much sauce. The club salad was made with spinach. Difficult to eat. Lackluster flavor. The salad came in a box even though we ate there. Do not recommend.

EDIT: I really don't know what happened, but everything got so much worse in the place. The portions are smaller for a lot of their products, as well as the pastries now do not taste as well as they did in the past. Did you all change ownership or something? I really dislike whatever is being served there, it has all the same names but none of the same taste.
First Review back in 2021: I love the chili soup from here. One of the best places to get food from Victoria =)
Also, the employees are very friendly both for delivery and take out orders, lovely people.
I would not come here for the sandwiches. My $12 egg salad sandwich (to go) came with no salad and a tiny amount of egg mayo filling. I would come back to try the soup though… Service was quite brusque, but I think she was overwhelmed with online orders. Extra star for being open on a Sunday.

Amazing food and service 🙏
I had lunch here today and it was fantastic! The food came out fresh and hot—Chicken stew and the mushroom soup were perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The service was friendly, thumbs up to Sheng and Princess , and the atmosphere was relaxed and clean. Definitely a great spot for a casual, satisfying meal. I’ll be back!
First time there..great service, ok soup, nice seating,
The Philippine server had the sniffles and probably touched his face and nose at least 10 times while preparing order, he did not wear gloves .lost my appetite.
Yum! Great soups 😍
