INCREDIBLY UNDERWHELMING AND OVERPRICED
The Sour Pickle might be the most accurately named restaurant in town because I left feeling pickled in regret. I walked in because of the massive Breakfast sign outside only to discover they serve breakfast in the same way my kids clean their rooms which is barely at all. No eggs Benny. Hurtful. I rolled the dice and ordered a reuben. Should have rolled myself right back out the door. The sandwich arrived looking like a hostage situation. Two slices of corned beef hiding under a landslide of sauerkraut and cheddar cheese. Cheddar. On a reuben. My ancestors felt that. It was soggy, bland, and somehow both expensive and cheap at the same time. The fries were tragic. I let the server know politely that it missed the mark and she brushed me off like I had personally inconvenienced her by existing. Save your twenty one dollars and your dignity. Hard pass.

I expected really cozy home cooked style breakfast but the food was underwhelming. Bit over priced too :(

Great little cafe. Lots of food on the plate and delicious. My wife got French toast with a side order of eggs and i opted for the Mexican omelette. Nice hot coffee and cold water too. Recommend

Got the eggs breakfast and the French toast. Got a decent amount of food for the price of the eggs breakfast, but it was super basic and the sausages, disappointing. French toast was nicely done, but has only syrup with it. $18 for 3 pieces of toast, no other side or garnish? Not even a fruit slice? Left feeling underwhelmed. Service was friendly.
