Very good food, perfect spice level. We had chicken Korma and beef Biriyani. Also ordered Spinach Paneer, Naan and potato rotti/naan. Fabulous and lovely people.

Best Indian Restaurant in Town. The owner Mr. Javed is great, he took care of us very well. Food was prepared and served as requested curries and Nans were great. We will visit again whenever we are in Victoria.

Biryani was boring, butter chicken was mostly sauce… only 5 pieces of chicken in the order. Pakora was burnt and even the chutney fell flat.

Shahi paneer was a glorified tomato soup but even that is offensive to tomato soup. Completely watered down tomato sauce likely from a can with some cream for 18$. The paneer itself was flavorless as well. The lamb Palak was decent but also tasted watered down. The Naan was tasty, as were the samosas, however the sauce was not a classic tamarind and was flavorless and watery as well, ruining the enjoyment of the samosas. Left very disappointed and feeling scammed. Won't be back.

Excellent food. By far the best Pakistani/ Indian restaurant in Victoria and even entire BC. We are foodies and have tried most of the restaurants on Vancouver Island and no other restaurants come close to this one. We found this place by pure luck and decided to try it out. Must try their beef biryani and fish pakora! So happy that we found this place!

We found this little gem of a restaurant on our way to our hotel in victoria downtown. It's one of the very few halal restaurants in town.We ordered chicken biryani, goat qorma, chicken malai boti (very juicy) and chicken tandoori. All items were very tasty and fresh! The portion sizes were decent too, could easily share between 2 people. The tandoori naan was our favorite, very authentic! The owner was super polite and welcoming , he even offered a free dish on the menu as one of the items wasn't available at the time ?We will surely be visiting these guys next time we visit !

Delicious food! The people working were very nice and the portion sizes were good. I got the goat curry and garlic naan, both were wonderful.

I love East Indian food. I was keen to try Spiceler as it is close to my home. We had the Aloo Gohbi, Samosa chat, Karahi paneer, samosa, veg pakora, veg Binyami and garlic Naan. And I ordered chicken tandoori for my student. My Indian friend ordered a few other things. OMG so delicious!! We really enjoyed it and am glad I ordered enough for leftovers for a few nights! We will definitely order again!

I just had a mango chicken dinner with butter naan bread (take out). It was great! Friendly service, fast, fair price, well packaged, and really tasty. I will definitely return! Give this place a try instead of burgers or subs.

Got the mango chicken and goat vindaloo with some sides today. Very tasty! Especially recommend the naan to go with it, but everything we had was delicious. Looking forward to trying more next time.

We had aloo tiki, a gorgeous curry and at the suggestion of the owner the samosa, which we got at a medium heat . Delicious, medium was more than enough, next time will go mild . A small non chain restaurant where the owner(s) work and care about the food they make

Worst chicken curry ever. Gravy was not cooked properly..no spices or salt..chicken was super chewy. Could not eat and had to throw it in garbage. Never ordering anything from this restaurant. I don't recommend this retaurant at all. I will give '0' Star.

Every Tandoori item we have ordered has been the best in the city. Never disappointed. Must try their Tandoori Fish or Fish Tikka, really amazing. Also fish pakodas are mouthwatering. We will certainly keep ordering from here.

Okay so we go into this place, partly to support a local business that has the unassuming front mentioned by another reviewer. And then WOW !! Yash is super helpful and nice and the place smells DE-FREAK-ING-LICIOUS. So now we're down for a full lunch. Veggie Pakora to start and it's they're like the "grown-up" version -- great coating that doesn't come from a box and not greasy in the least. The sauce it comes with was SO good. Lamb Vindaloo with the spices kicked up, Thank you Yash. Rice dish - not mush and not bullets but p-e-r-f-e-c-t-l-y cooked. And then the most spectacular Garlic Naan I've ever had (you can eat the whole serving and still have room for everything else because it's so light and almost flaky and garlic enough for the taste punch we wanted. Welcome to Victoria gentlemen and we will be back many, many times because we want to try every item on your menu.
