Great coffee and enticing treats. There is plenty of seating inside and a small sidewalk area when the weather is nice. Nice touch inside with the kids' wooden projects on the wall as artwork.

I always pick the times when there is live music to go to the Spiral Cafe. Open mic on Thursdays are mind blowing in variety and overall quality with a top notch supporting band. There are also excellent concerts Fridays and Saturdays to enjoy with your coffee, selection of teas, simple savory plates, soups, and lush deserts. A local gem. Also great on sunny mornings, or when you feel like hanging out in a laid-back environment.Vegetarian options: Many items on the board are vegetarian.

Love the local artist work always on the walls.

Cute space with live music a couple times a week. It was a little crowded for the open mic but very welcoming otherwise.

Very cute, local cafe. I love how unique it is!They do not have wifi - I know it’s not a requirement for coffee shops to have, but we saw someone’s photo worming from this cafe so we thought they do offer wifi. The dolls in the cafe are made by a local artist, and you can purchase them! :)

I like the building this café is in. Old Victoria character buildings like this are hard to find and so pleasant to drink ones coffee in. But I will agree with several other posters here that the staff behind the counter seem kind of indifferent and unhelpful. My first visit I waited for my coffee and after three or four minutes, and got up twice to walk to the counter and look around for it. The counter staff must’ve seen me but said nothing. When I asked, She pointed to the side of the front counter where a Coffee was. A couple days later, I was again after three or four minutes looking for my coffee and on my third time getting up and looking inquisitively around the front corner I finally asked and was then told that it’s actually now on the side counter.

Lovely warm community cafe that serves great coffee and really supports the local community in The Vic West neighborhood. Lively, friendly, and welcoming to all.

I live nearby Spiral Cafe and have been going for years now! Great atmosphere and energy. majority of the art on the walls are for sale created by local artists; which is a creative cool detail. (they also do karaoke nights) The employees are always very attentive and friendly:) Would suggest a london fog, oat bar, and their lemon pastries are very very good.
