They never get my coffee right. It’s frustrating when this is a location close to me so I tend to go a lot but usually have to ask them to remake my coffee. I feel the staff don’t listen to how I ask my drink to be made. It’s always got way too much milk/or ice when I ask for less. Then they seem annoyed when I ask to remake it. I hate the feeling like I’m being a burden to the staff but I just want them to make my coffee how I asked not how they think it should be lol. I added a photo of my drink, i had to ask them to make it again because it didn't taste like coffee, it tasted like just a cup of oat milk with some sweetener. The second one was the exact same as the first and I couldn’t finish it. Just sucks when you pay $7 for a drink.

This is the worst Starbucks in town. The staff are rude and entitled and mess up your drink unless you watch them like a hawk. My Dad bought me A venti mocha today...it wasn't even close to being filled up...I basically got a size smaller. It had no whip cream although the slip said it would nor is it extra hot. I tried to call but although it's dead in there they staff couldn't bother to answer my call. The not giving a crap starts with the franchise owner on down...I've met her and she's consistently unpleasant. This is the closest coffee shop to my place but i almost never go there. I like my coffee without an attitude on the side.

my husband went in a couple days ago, I think the girls name was angie, she went out of her way to help my husband by carrying his drink out to his car cause he had a broken leg. Much appreciated.

Three people stood at the till not taking any orders for the entire 20 mins we waited. Meanwhile in the rare occasion a second till was used people were allowed to jump the entire line with the staff not caring. They lack aby form of barrier to prevent this or keep order.
When I finally got my drink they didn't even give the right one. Extremely disappointed
This wasn't a staffing issue with at least 8 people working behind the counter. Its just terribly managed

I know this is very little but it still ruined my day I spent like 8 dollars on a refresher and asked for light ice but I in fact did not get light ice and it became too difficult to get the fruit from inside of my drink. It was a hot day too and I was walking a round, so the ice melted very quickly and because i drink very slowly it watered it down a lot and just made the whole drink tasted less enjoyable.

It’s frustrating enough when you order a simple order and stand around waiting for an item that wasn’t actualy put into the order system. The two girls working today at 11:30 were not very competent. My order was not correct , when my order was sorted and I paid for the drink they forgot and the drink I received wasn’t even close to par with the SAME drink I ordered two of … the first one delicious …. Second one after it was forgotten was a waste. How does one drink taste completely different from the other ?!
They may need a recap on customer service

Regular at this location but it's always hit and miss with service - recently many more misses. App ordering is conveniently down often only at this location. Recently mostly horribly rude staff, with maybe 2- 3 staff consistently pleasant.
