Slow service. Had to leave because it was slow. Atmosphere was mint but you gotta get that service in check just boom hand beverage don't talk and done.

Alex ( i think ) was working at the starbucks by my work today and they were super understaffed and he was rushing around like no other and he found out a bunch of mobile orders didn't come in so he rushed to make those as i was waiting for my order to be done he got yelled at by some guy for something stupid and took it so well he found out someone else was trying to make me my drink so he gave me two he was so funny and calm and efficient someone get this guy a raise

The worst of all the Starbucks in town. Service is extremely slow and they constantly screw up my order. Just awful.

Most food snacks are very high sugar content, high calorie. High sugar in special drinks too. So very little healthy food.

Came in at 4:45 today December 12th. Lineup of customers. One girl making drinks. One doing dishes. One doing nothing. Girl making drinks apologizes and says she’s the only one on till and making drinks too. Hey Starbucks, without customers nothing else you do matters. Serve your customers first. Unacceptable. Walked out without ordering. Clearly doing dishes and standing there is more important than serving customers.

Only ever get this issue at this Starbucks. I ordered using the app. I'm not sure if it's a lack of attention to detail but everytime I order a hot drink, there's always an iced version waiting for me at the counter. I didn't have time to sit around and wait for the mistake to be corrected but I'll be going elsewhere from now on as this just happens too often. If I wanted an iced coffee I'd order one.

when i came here about 6 months ago, i wasn't impressed with the service or much about this store. over the last while i come back occasionally and i have seen a HUGE improvement! the staff have been nothing short of lovely, and the cleanliness has increased tenfold. it's clear whoever is running this place knows what they are doing!
