You have good staff but you need WAY more staff. The lines here are longer than at ANY other Starbucks in greater Victoria. I am an UberEats driver, and waiting 20 minutes for picking up an order, every day, is just too long a wait.

This was (and hope I won't get a stomachache) the worst weird protein match I've ever had. It was either they burnt the drink, or the milk was spoiled, or I don't know what, but it was full of curds, and it was disgusting.
The barista that was serving at 6 had no idea what she was doing (my daughter told me later that the woman before us also complained about the drink, but I didn't notice it unfortunately at the time, and she thought she was just spoiled, but it seems the drinks are spoiled, not the customers).

Waited 20 minutes for 2 drinks. Ordered an iced latte and received a milky hot mess instead. Didn’t bother reordering as I didn’t want to spend 40 minutes in a Starbucks

No idea why staff named sierra is super rude here.She seems to be so arrogant to the delivery drivers.
Why does this store wants delivery drivers to wait just like the regular customers in the line?

First and last time shopping here. Customer service was awful. My baby was crying, and I waited so long for one sandwich — later found out it was already ready and just needed heating! When I asked for help, a staff member rudely told me to wait even if my baby was crying. Very disappointing — I’m sorry this company hires such rude staff.

Poor and not respectful service. Two tablets are busy and third one was covered by boxes we purchased the drinks to stay and instead of clearing the space and offering us a table, the staff was not moving . Took ages to fi nd out what can be done, maybe the table can be relocated to the next free space my God so difficult ourdays to get a quality service. Easy money buy to go.

Made me get back in line to order a PUP CUP. I ordered online (on my birthday, btw) and when I came to get my order, they asked me to get in line for a pup cup because they need to do inventory.

This defeats the purpose and it doesnt happen at any other location. Made it not enjoyable. Will just go to Eagle Creek from now on.
