Enough to say, Ordered 2 Coffees. Order received 15 min apart. One order came in a Mug the late one in a paper Cup. No they were not busy. BARISTA just shrugged their shoulders, manager apologized.

The service here has always been good. Unfortunately the last two times my husband ordered a non-dairy latte, he's had problems. He's lactose intolerant and hasn't had any trouble with a non-dairy latte here generally. Three weeks ago, after drinking one, he felt sick and had severe cramps, which told him it was probably made with regular milk. Today he tried it again. The woman behind the counter got the order right, but he saw the young woman making the latte use dairy milk. He refuses to complain about these things; he threw the drink away and said he'll vote with his feet and not go back. But I thought management might want to know what's happening.

It's been a few weeks now but the oat milk latte and iced oat milk latte have been horrible. Too much oat milk. My iced latte are white in colour. I live in the neighborhood and now go to cook st village or the Starbucks by the inner Harbour. I thought each Starbucks has a ratio to follow but doesn't seem like the James Bay location is following it. Saving on coffee and using more then usual milk products. It taste like a dash of coffee in my oat milk instead of the other way. Very disappointed

came here during the pride festival, it was crazy busy but they were still very friendly and my order was quick! :)

I just had to leave a note about the wonderful service at this Starbucks. The lady who took my order was incredibly cheerful. She appeared to be leading the team and, between orders, I observed her motivating others ahead of a busy day—it was honestly so refreshing to observe. The vibe I experienced was light, energized and very positive.

9am, only one in the line up yet waited 4 mins for them to even acknowledged me. More time to actually take the order . Took less time to make the coffee itself. Always happens when it’s the lady with the short blonde hair. Doesn’t happen when it’s anyone else. Maybe they need more staff? I get they’re busy with the online orders, but I work in customer service too and would never just ignore a customer standing there. I usually tip, but not today smh

If you drink dark roast, don't go early in the morning. they've been mixing yesterdays coffee with fresh stuff. lukewarm and definitely not fresh. it's happened a few times lately.

I am semi regular customer at this location they remember my extra complicated drink that takes an extra breathe to order as well as my friend who is in a old folks home down the street from their store. Some of the staff were at another location that I frequented in the recent past and have treated me well at both locations. In all this is a great location to be recognized at I feel like Norm from Cheers when I get there.

Visiting from the east coast, stopped in for a dark roast and breakfast sandwich. It wasn't busy and only two servers working, both were very efficient and friendly. My order was ready quickly and my sandwich seemed to be fresher and better tasting than usual. Very nice spot, wish all Starbucks were like this.
