If you drink dark roast, don't go early in the morning. they've been mixing yesterdays coffee with fresh stuff. lukewarm and definitely not fresh. it's happened a few times lately.

I am semi regular customer at this location they remember my extra complicated drink that takes an extra breathe to order as well as my friend who is in a old folks home down the street from their store. Some of the staff were at another location that I frequented in the recent past and have treated me well at both locations. In all this is a great location to be recognized at I feel like Norm from Cheers when I get there.

Visiting from the east coast, stopped in for a dark roast and breakfast sandwich. It wasn't busy and only two servers working, both were very efficient and friendly. My order was ready quickly and my sandwich seemed to be fresher and better tasting than usual. Very nice spot, wish all Starbucks were like this.

This Starbucks might literally the best one in Victoria. I've been a regular customer here for a couple years now. The staff is wonderful, friendly, fast, and compared to other Starbucks around my commute and the city- there is no comparison! I can probably count the number of times my drink was just... Ok on one hand- and that's very likely because I tried something different (so my fault, essentially, haha)Thank you so much to all the staff for all of your hard work and providing my morning wake up boost All the best!

Cold coffee!!! My friend just brought back 2 pumpkin spiced lattes and they taste so bad. Debating on bringing it back and getting a refund. After this I may never go to a Starbucks again.

Used to get my coffee here everyday, one to two cups, with out missing a day for atleast five years. The old manager and her team was the best, customer service 10/10. Now its all changed, some of the old staff that are still there are great and welcoming, still the same but others not so much.
