Hannah called me by name this morning and got me my Mobile order before I had a chance to ask for it. Her customer service is above and beyond and she always has a smile on her face and is a pleasure to see and talk to every time I go in.

However, some recent visits have highlighted issues with the cold foam on drinks, which is often not thick or sitting on top of the beverage anymore. Customers have noticed that the cold foam can be almost nonexistent, and the matcha in the Lavender Iced Oat Matcha is sometimes chunky and poorly made, affecting the overall drink experience. Despite these problems, the staff remains friendly and efficient, handling requests like changing to lactose-free milk with care. Overall, it is a favorite spot for many, even if occasional service or drink quality issues occur.
