I always choose this location because they’re usually fast and efficient and it’s super close to my work and home. Over the last little while, I’ve noticed the cold foam is never thick anymore and doesn’t sit on top of my drink. Whenever I have asked about this, I’ve received push back from the baristas. The flavour is still there, but it takes away from the drink when I can’t even see the cold foam. One of my favourite drinks is the Lavender Iced Oat Matcha and I’m to the point of not wanting to order from here anymore because so often my drink comes poorly made. The matcha is chunky and the cold foam is seemingly non existent.

Drove away today after sitting at the window for 5 minutes unacknowledged for my order of 2 cups of coffee. Some things are worth waiting that long for - a cup of coffee is not. Such a waste of time.

I recently ordered a drink at Starbucks and specifically requested less ice. When I received it, the cup was still filled with a lot of ice. I politely asked about it, but the staff member responded with an arrogant tone, insisting “this is less” without even taking a moment to listen or check. I understand that standards may vary, but the dismissive attitude was disappointing.

This is my favourite Starbucks location. It stands out to me because even though they’re always busy the staff are all very fast, efficient and friendly. I love that this location is open later than others so when I get off work I can still get my daily Starbucks. One time I ordered a drink and forgot to ask for it to be lactose free, I mentioned it to a staff member and they fixed it for me and even apologized despite it being my own fault for messing up my order. I always come to this location even if another one is closer.

The first time I stopped at this location to get my free birthday drink and then I’m told sorry you signed up less than 30 days ago and you can’t get your drink! Could you not just check my ID? I buy drinks from Starbucks all the time without the app and this is how they treat me on my birthday?! Thanks for nothing!
