The first time I stopped at this location to get my free birthday drink and then I’m told sorry you signed up less than 30 days ago and you can’t get your drink! Could you not just check my ID? I buy drinks from Starbucks all the time without the app and this is how they treat me on my birthday?! Thanks for nothing!

Saw this nice sign, but immediately noticed the coast Salish people of T’Sou-Ke Nation missing. Considering we are once of the closer nations to this location I was a bit surprised and disappointed

Girl in the drive through selected the maximum tip before handing the machine to me. I have no problem tipping. I used to work food service and know how hard it is especially when busy but to pick my tip for me and pretend you didn’t is distasteful. Makes me not want to tip at all.

It appears Starbucks is following the lead of Tim Hortons by neglecting indoor patrons and prioritizing the drive thru at a ridiculous rate.. around 10 to 1
Poor service, and a manager who can't interpret body language. We watched the employees mess up 3 drive through orders all while waiting excessively for our order. Rushed beverage with too much chocolate powder. Wouldn't recommend this location.
