We went Christmas day to get drinks for a fun family morning. We ordered a few drinks and the baristas were being very rude saying I can't believe someone ordered this and that many drinks etc. barista was snooty, not nice and accidentally got whipped cream on a customer and didn't even say sorry even though he was visibly upset. For a special day with family and stuff, I expect better customer service and was highly disappointed. I don't wanna order here anymore because of that. Not nice

Used to come here a lot and staff was awesome. However recently this place is a mess, wait times so long and orders being messed up. I think there’s is a change of management and they aren’t doing a good job. Staff seem less happy and overworked. This is not the best Starbucks in Langford anymore.

They really need to pay attention to when making orders (modifications) and the customer service sucks, not friendly at all, no smile no nothing. Get the same treatment every time I come here. Disappointing.

I always choose this location because they’re usually fast and efficient and it’s super close to my work and home. Over the last little while, I’ve noticed the cold foam is never thick anymore and doesn’t sit on top of my drink. Whenever I have asked about this, I’ve received push back from the baristas. The flavour is still there, but it takes away from the drink when I can’t even see the cold foam. One of my favourite drinks is the Lavender Iced Oat Matcha and I’m to the point of not wanting to order from here anymore because so often my drink comes poorly made. The matcha is chunky and the cold foam is seemingly non existent.
