Found out today this location is closing Permanently. What a relief. Thank god the headquarters in Seattle has decided to close this location as well as the one on cook street and Fort street. We're very happy there closing them

EDIT: the music is just Waaaaaay too loud for a Sunday morning! This store is all hard reflective surfaces and the noise is absolutely off the charts! I feel like I'm in a nightclub before all the people show up but the dj is l playing at a volume that is anticipating hundreds!!

I like this Sbucks and it's becoming my main spot for morning coffee on the weekends since they heartlessly closed the James Bay location BUT
Holy crap is this location ever loud! Not the people but the music! I can't listen to my own music because the speakers in the cafe are blasting like a nightclub!
Not a good location if you want to read it listen to a podcast or your own music while you sip!

they lowkey make the drinks here wrong a lot. the music is also a bit too loud. i think the staff at this location need better training because ive had drinks made incorrectly 5-10 times. honey or syrup unmixed all sitting at the bottom, missing an entire ingredient, one size too big & not enough creamer or sweetener so the entire drink tastes diluted & bland.

Been over a month never got my coffee made right. Sometimes they don’t follow instructions and today Claudia forgot to add espresso at all. Just white chocolate and milk in this coffee or should i even call it coffee. Hoping they do better.

Awesome team here! Rita should get a raise and whatever SB senior management do for outstanding team members. Ethan was very customer focused and the Barista, didn’t catch their name, was pumping out drinks efficiently and effectively.

I grew up in the cafe/coffee shop biz and know when I see excellent team members working together to ensure Starbucks mission to deliver excellent customer service and experience occurs.

some of these reviews rly make me cautious going here! i agree that sometimes the music is quite loud but im only ever popping in for a coffee break at work, i don’t come here often but when i do the staff have been kind, even remade my drink for free when i accidentally ordered it to the wrong location!

I had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks today. After placing my order, I politely asked for a cup of water. Instead of simply responding, the staff member sarcastically told me I should say “please.”

I found this incredibly disrespectful and unnecessary, especially given that I was already being courteous. No customer deserves to be talked down to for something so minor.

I left feeling embarrassed and uncomfortable, and I have no intention of returning to this location. I hope the team considers offering better training on respectful customer service.

I am a regular customer but today when I needed to use the bathroom before ordering a drink N employee was extremely rude and inconsiderate to me because im indian and then i orderd i saw white girl asked without purchasing they let her use it.
The management should advise the employees how to talk to customers. I know Starbucks no longer has “open doors policy “ but doesn’t mean you should be rude to people,
Please do better!!

I popped into Starbucks for a quick pick-me-up and was not disappointed. The baristas were friendly and efficient, and my drink was made just right. The space was clean, cozy, and had a relaxed vibe that made it easy to unwind for a bit. Solid spot whether you’re grabbing coffee on the go or settling in to get some work done.
