I really needed to use the washroom but the girl refused even though she had closed it right in front of me. I was maybe one or two steps behind her so she kept saying “the washroom is now closed”. Where has human decency gone?

All is good at this Starbucks... its back to being an efficient location with a warm vibe. From time to time this location can get backed up when tourism is in full swing so be mindful if you're on time constraints. The new faces are killing it, good work team!
