two baristas were quite unfriendly. they had my order wrong and i was telling them nicely, one barista just took it from my hands and handed to another one, the other barista said what did i do wrong and realized and re-did it, none of them acknowledged me or even apologized. quite rude.

Exceptional Experience at Starbucks I stopped by Starbucks today, and it was genuinely one of the best café experiences I’ve had in a long time. The moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and inviting, clean tables, cozy lighting, and that familiar aroma of freshly brewed coffee that instantly boosts your mood. The staff truly made the visit exceptional. They greeted me with genuine smiles, took the time to confirm my order, and even offered a few personalized drink suggestions. My drink was made perfectly, rich, smooth, and exactly the right temperature. You can tell they take pride in getting every detail right. What stood out most was how effortlessly the team balanced friendliness with efficiency. Even during a busy hour, they kept the line moving without making anyone feel rushed. Overall, today’s visit reminded me why Starbucks is such a reliable go-to. Great drinks, great atmosphere, and truly exceptional service. I’ll definitely be returning soon!

Just a magical cafe with the best vibes. My husband and I visited recently and both had perfectly crafted holiday beverages and shared a turkey sage danish. They’re fast, friendly and so so kind. Thank you for everything you do serving all the humans in the downtown core.

I do not frequent Starbucks. The female employees are professional, straight forward & courteous. 9/10 However the male employees are childish, immature, and annoying. ( What's your favorite sea creature?) he asked. Dude just get my coffee please. Another guy's English is substandard, speaking & comprehension. Big surprise Starbucks closed a large number of locations.

Overheard the manager come OUT of the store and tell a couple sitting in the outside chairs with their coffee that they had to leave. The girl asked why, the manager asked if the girl changed her name on her to go mobile order and what her real name was. She responded, to which he said you hung up on me the other day after I offered you a free drink. The girl said yeah because I didn’t want the free coffee or to make a big deal I was just hoping to have my coffee prepared correctly the next time I was in and let you know my experiences as of lately. The manager proceeded to tell the couple he was going to call the cops if they didn’t leave. This was by far the dumbest interaction I’ve overheard via an employee of any kind and a paying customer.
I’m not sure how or why, but the baristas here always seem to get my drink wrong. I’ve gave up on mobile orders and came in and waited in line to verbally order in hopes of a better outcome but it’s always a different drink. I get that I have 4-5 mods but this is the only store I ever have had issues with and now that the others are closed down I’m genuinely disappointed. Last time I asked to have my drink remade I was actually talked down to and they told me I should order it a different way because of their “new” employees. Okay, I tried the way they told me, and then get asked why I ordered it that way when I mention it’s wrong, again.

Found out today this location is closing Permanently. What a relief. Thank god the headquarters in Seattle has decided to close this location as well as the one on cook street and Fort street. We're very happy there closing them
