Me and my partner went to get a drink and had worst experience, the girl( green hair) who took my order was so rude and cut me off instantly when I was trying to explain her how I wanted my drink I saw her dealing with others customers ahead of us and she was very nice to them I wonder if the colour of skin had something to do with her attitude but worst customer service experience ever never had an experience like this at any other store never going back to this one

I have been order from them online. Never once have they gotten my order right. Today I had to throw it out and uber eats wouldn't refund me for the fact you forgot every since add on I paid extra for. Every single one. Done with starbucks for good this time.

Starbucks is always delivering a top notch experience, and the employees always make my drinks exactly as I like them, despite the crazy combinations I come up with.
Severely disappointed with my visit today. Okay so, me and a friend had been having a pretty rough day and decided to stop by at this Starbucks because we are not from here and it looked cozy and we had always dreamed of going here. We sit down and think everything is okay before this angry employee comes over and asks us “is this your guys’ mess?” referring to an imaginary mess that I guess he imagined we were sitting beside. At this point, me and my friend are in shock. He proceeds to start throwing everything around and everyone in the restaurant visibly began to feel threatened by its presence. Nobody felt safe as he was running back and forth outside and inside of the cafe. Nobody knew what was going on. I can bravely say that it ruined me and my friend’s perception of Starbucks for a while. We will not be coming back here as we are scared. We thought it might attack us. Even the people sitting around us were scared. In my country we don’t have a Starbucks so I was very disappointed to almost have a chair thrown at me when I did finally come to Canada to visit a Starbucks. Please somebody take care of this before he attacks a customer one day.

i come here constantly due to working nearby, and have never had a bad experience. lovely staff, and despite it being a very busy environment with lots of people i find everything is always ready very quickly. there are lots of outlets everywhere so it's a good spot to do work on your laptop.
