Waited over 20 minutes in the drive thru just to be told they are closed. The line of cars behind me was unreal, at least 5 cars back.... yet at least the cats ahead got their orders. Just poor service...

I visited this Starbucks location this morning between 8:30 and 9:00 AM. I observed a staff member mopping the floor and then immediately returning to take orders and handle food without properly washing their hands. This raised concerns about hygiene and sanitation practices.
Additionally, I’ve noticed customers placing their shoes on the seating areas, which affects cleanliness for others.
I believe reinforcing basic hygiene guidelines for both staff and customers would greatly improve the overall experience at this store.

Every single morning, I order the same drink with extra cold foam you know, the part I pay extra for and every single morning, they hand me a cup that looks like it’s been lightly breathed on by foam fumes. If I wanted plain coffee, I wouldn’t be shelling out the extra bucks for the one thing that makes it worth it. And let’s talk about the main lady who works the morning shift, the older one. The level of rudeness is unmatched. She acts like she’s doing customers a favor by showing up. I once showed up a couple of minutes early for my mobile order, and she actually scolded me like I was a misbehaving child. Ma’am, this is Starbucks, not detention. The way she talks down to people is beyond unprofessional it’s embarrassing. If I’m paying $8 for a drink and consistently getting an attitude with it, I might as well pour milk over ice at home and insult myself in the mirror for free. Do better, Starbucks. Or at least, teach your staff that basic courtesy and “extra cold foam” aren’t optional add-ons.

I went through the drive thru, ordered a pumpkin cream chai latte. They forgot the chai part; mistakes happen, went in and got it fixed with no hassle. Very friendly and excellent customer service experience

Went through the drive through. Ordered a venti extra hot latte and a grande psl half sweet. Got the correct drinks, but both cups were only HALFWAY FILLED. So its more like I got a tall psl and a grande Latte....

The wait time at this Starbucks is out of control. Drive thru wait time was north of 25 minutes today. Never choose this one if you’re in a hurry.
Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a Starbucks. The girl at the drive through didn’t even speak to me, just handed me my order and said nothing. I expect more from Starbucks.

I went through the drive through today and I can’t remember the name but they didnt say hello instead just looked at me then looked away to make a drink only when I payed did they say something which was “how will you pay” and once handed my drinks they started taking another order not even a goodbye or thank you, It wasn’t even busy and I work fast food you can find the time to say hello and goodbye and thank you, I did not like that makes it seem like your just an annoyance.
