Absolutely brilliant staffing team and great quality of service. As a regular, the staff goes above and beyond for me every time! My only complaint would be that sometimes they play Taylor Swift on repeat, which can making focusing on my reading material rather difficult.

Was a bit crowded & noisy for 11am on a weekday but the barrista was totally friendly & the coffee was predictably good, which remains Starbucks' core strength. I should have tipped. Next time, I promise.

This is a clean location with good service and two bathrooms. It did become really busy mid morning when the nearby students came in for a pick-me-up, but nothing wrong with that.

Quick and friendly service with a Cash purchase yesterday. The Gordon Head location was a perfect stop on the way home towards Sidney.
It’s a 10 minute walk from my old High School. Despite my earlier appointment l making arrival time after class there is plenty of seats, …surprisingly. (About 70 or 80% occupied)
I think there’s Wi-Fi however I had 5G and a window seat. My preferred Dark Roast is ☕️ excellent as usual.

Definitely the slowest Starbucks around. Most of the staff I’ve seen have no sense of urgency and orders take a long time.
