One of the better Starbucks in the greater Victoria area. Staff are nice and hardworking and always try their best to keep up with customer instant orders and demanding customers. Big shout out to them.
It is a larger space Starbucks with indoor and outdoor sitting areas.
No Drive-Thru here.
I had to take a star off the rating because of this bathroom. Why is the toilet facing this way?? How is anyone supposed to use this?!
I had a disappointing experience at this specific Starbucks location today.
I placed a takeout order that included two drinks and was already carrying a large bag of food. The barista saw that I was juggling everything and, naturally, I asked if I could have a drink tray to help manage the items. To my surprise, I was told that there were no trays available.
I was left trying to balance two drinks on top of a large bag, which was extremely difficult. I almost spilled the drinks and ultimately had to step aside and make a phone call for my husband to come assist me. It was uncomfortable and frustrating especially because I had made a reasonable request that would’ve helped me carry my order safely.
What really added to the disappointment was that just two minutes after I left the store and stood out there waiting for my husband, who was supposed to take care of my pup in the car, a kind customer approached me - she said the barista had taken out a whole stack of trays - right after I walked out.
Oh wow . That made the situation feel unnecessarily rude and dismissive. It’s upsetting to know that the trays were actually available but were being intentionally withheld when I clearly needed one.
I understand things can get busy, but basic courtesy and support for customers goes a long way. I hope the team at this location reflects on how they treat people and offers more considerate service moving forward.
This place is dust.. terrible service
This Starbucks has one large table and a bunch of small ones, so it's not always easy to find a table If you're with a group. There is some seating outdoors. The bathrooms are weird. The automatic locking system takes ages to close the door and you're never quite sure if it's actually locked. I'm giving it five stars for atmosphere because they don't play loud music so you can talk at a comfortable tone of voice.
Friendliest starbucks Barista’s in Victoria imo! It gets super busy on weekend mornings, but it’s calm otherwise.

Just got a strawberry cream frapichecheno, no food. The starbucks in Sidney bc makes the best ones. (Not sure what they do differently maybe they use cream and not so much ice?)

I've been very disappointed with my drinks the last few times I've gone to this location. The staff taking my order today didn't say hello or talk at all, and my iced oat latte was watered down and bitter once again. Likely won't be coming here anymore.

I got an iced latte and it tasted like only oat milk, we asked nicely if they could add an espresso shot, and they said sure, and then took it behind the counter, and gave it back and it was the exact same level as previously and still tasted, we asked if she had added a shot, and she said “yeah well you should be grateful that we have you a free shot” *we offered to pay for it side note, and handed our drink back, it was still gross. It was a younger blonde girl who “helped us”. I paid almost 7$ and I’d expect my coffee to taste like coffee…. I will never be coming back sorry your employee is creating a bad look for your store.

Pre-Covid it was a decent Starbucks. Remember when you could pour your own milk or cream? Now they charge $3.35 for adding cream to your coffee. You're also at the mercy of the Barista to pour the cream. Imagine paying to get your coffee the way THEY want it & not the way you want it. Like all Starbucks...their bakery selection hasn't changed in about 8 years. Same old dry, stale, flavorless selections as always. Most of the servers are nice, except the manager (Owner?) who is extremely rude & never cracks a smile, even if you're really friendly with her and leave a good tip. She told me if I wanted more than 1 ounce of cream she was charging me for a Latte. Seriously? It's a coffee with cream...if you can't manage it, get out of the coffee business.
