I frequently visit this location, and although it’s usually busy, the staff have always been friendly. Today, I purchased a gift cards and requested a cup of water. After some time, the water still hadn’t arrived, so I approached the barista to inquire. She directed me to stand in line and place an order for water. I explained that I had already requested it, but she told me that she was busy making drinks and couldn’t give me water. Her tone came across as dismissive, and I felt embarrassed, as though I were begging for water. Her response was far from professional and not what I expect as a customer.

I ordered two drinks at 9:45 and I have to be at school quite soon after. I receive one drink and tell her I ordered a second she said it’s coming. It did not come, I vocalized to her again that I’m missing a drink and she said no you’re not and told me to get back in line, which I do not have time for. Never tipping 5 dollars for two drinks and only receiving one, ever again.
