Was out Christmas shopping with my 6.5 months pregnant wife on the evening of Thursday, Nov. 27. Due to location and convenience, went in to this location to use the washroom, as she desperately had to. Asked the barista on duty for the code, and her response was “you have to buy something to use the washroom”. Corporate policy is fine, but general logic is more important. When a highly pregnant woman asks to use a washroom, you don’t argue with her. 0 stars, never going to this location again out of the sheer absurdity of the barista.

This location is the one that stays open the longest which helps if it's your birthday and you're in a pinch looking for a store that's still open before it's too late to redeem.
The staff here are always nice and the cute scribble on the cup gives that extra personal touch to brighten up one's special day.

Got a mocha cookie crumble frap! Those things are darn good, by the way. I liked how this particular Starbucks was near the new grassy sitting area at uptown. The barista was super kind and helpful. Waiting time was slightly long because of how busy they were at the time. Lots of shops nearby at the area to look at after you get your drink. Definitely recommend.

Staff here are always amazing, they never mess up my order and usually make my drinks super fast. I have had some creepy experiences with other customers bugging me here, just while I'm trying to sit and enjoy my drink- so vibes aren't always it. But im always happy with my to go orders.

I may have caught this Starbucks at a pleasant and non-rush time, but I will add I had a pleasant experience.
Ordered a Venti Iced Coffee with light ice, and an Oat Bar. I was sitting with my laptop, trying to focus on school work (semi able to, without head phones on). Within the past hour, I've seen staff come by and wipe down the tables a few times, and re-arrange the chairs. The wait was not too long for my drink (5 minutes maximum), even with a 4-person line-up. Maybe my expectation is low, but I am appreciative of how the staff is quite pleasant and can keep the line decently moving. My only minor complaint is the Oat Bar is too sweet for my taste (and I do like sweet).

I frequently visit this location, and although it’s usually busy, the staff have always been friendly. Today, I purchased a gift cards and requested a cup of water. After some time, the water still hadn’t arrived, so I approached the barista to inquire. She directed me to stand in line and place an order for water. I explained that I had already requested it, but she told me that she was busy making drinks and couldn’t give me water. Her tone came across as dismissive, and I felt embarrassed, as though I were begging for water. Her response was far from professional and not what I expect as a customer.
Awesome job by the baristas. They seem to really know what they are doing, their communication was exceptional at all times.
