Food might as well be styrofoam. Cold and sterile feeling. Staff was courteous and efficient, I'll give them that. But it's no wonder this chain is falling apart.

I watched/heard the girl at the window turn around and tell the barrista to decaf me after having to ask a third time. I fail to see how theft and food tampering is an acceptable response to their inadequate staff???

The foamiest nitro cold brew I've ever had. If you want a drink that's at least half foam, here you are. I prefer to get my nitro from any other location.

I’ve been a regular at this Starbucks location for a while, but what happened today has left me shocked and deeply disappointed. I placed a mobile order for the Spicy Falafel Wrap — a vegan option I always go for — but was instead given the Spinach, Feta & Egg Wrap.

As a vegan, and for religious reasons, I do not consume eggs. I trusted the order was correct (as I always have in the past), took a bite, and only realized after the taste that I had just eaten egg. This isn't just a mistake — it’s a violation of my dietary and spiritual beliefs, and I can’t put into words how unsettling that was for me.

Yes, the manager did issue a refund — but honestly, no refund can undo what happened.

I’m writing this not out of anger, but as a warning to others with dietary restrictions or religious considerations: Please triple check your order at this location. Mistakes like this can have serious emotional and spiritual consequences, and they deserve more than a casual apology.

This will unfortunately be the last time I ever trust this location for food.

If you want your coffee within 10-15, don't go to this Starbucks. It doesn't matter if you are in the drive though, inside, or order mobile, it's the longest wait times of any Starbucks or coffee shop I go to. So go here as long as you aren't in a hurry because they are SLOW.

Ordered a matcha tea latte. They didn't put any syrup in it, and it tastes bland. Worst bucks experience I've had, go a little further over to Uptowns Starbucks, they haven't failed me yet.
