Royal Bay starbucks is the overall best Starbucks Ive been too and Ive been to many Starbucks.. The store is friendly customer service is above and beyond .. everything is absolutely stellar in cleanliness service food and drinks they should be commended!!!

When a drink is almost $8, you definitely want it made the way you’ve asked. I always order a cold drink, lite ice. I do this because I hate when there’s so much ice, it dilutes the drink. My recent drink was a Trenta(887 mls) and half the cup was ice. Very disappointing. I didn’t notice until I got home, otherwise I would have pointed it out in person. Pls try to be more careful with order details.

I order a Iced Green Matcha today. There was no sugar at all added. People please be careful next time and don’t mess the order.

I love this starbucks. The staff in the morning is so friendly. One girl remembers my name and greets me as soon as I walk through the door. I love that.....puts a smile on my face before work. I don't drink coffee but I get the spinach feta wrap or egg bites when I ho and they are delicious. I also order through the app and it's always ready when it says it will be.

The service was absolutely great. I was late picking up my coffee and they offered to remake it. Mac made my day.

The service was quick, staff friendly but not a nice atmosphere at all. Tables are tight and the constant horrific noise of the chairs scraping on the floor - not a good place to sit and have a conversation with people.

RUDE / ARROGANT / BAD ATTITUDE.And this was my experience from I believe to be RAVEN the manager (as there were only 2 girls working, one was young and the other was the manager who I later found out her name.When she served me today as I came to pick up an order at 11:30 am on Wednesday 27th December 2023 Raven was disrespectful and unprofessional to me for absolutely no reason, as in just did not like my face perhaps, or something and let it be known.I was just doing my job and working same as her and this during the holidays, It’s a shame.
