This Starbucks is so crowded everyday and the worker take so much of their time to do one drink but I am trying to get to work!

Person at the counter asked me what kind of coffee I wanted. Wrote preferences down on the sticker and passes cup to "Barista". This person then makes the drink as per whatever, no regard for customer choices/preferences. No acknowledgement/apology upon having asked to correct the mistake. Why do they even have a Starbucks in here, if they can't live up to the brand name? The coffee/drink regardless of what it is, will taste different here as opposed to any other Starbucks location. Drink recipe not standardized and or employees don't care what it is meant to be.
Also imagine having to wait 10 to 20 minutes every time you order something here and then going through that pathetic experience as a customer!

This location is the closest one on campus but it's also filled with the most miserable employees. Staff at till never looked at me or seemed friendly. Barista serving drinks just puts them down and goes onto next drink, didn't look at customers as they thanked her. Like I get that university kids need to get work experience but don't work a service job that requires customer interaction unless you wanna show me that you care. If you don't care about my presence, did you care about anything like properly cleaning the machines or making my drink properly?

Coulda been an off day tho, it was Saturday morning and maybe the kids behind the counter were out late the night before.

The worst coffee ever!!!!!!!. Ordered America and one latte, both was cold and there was no any taste of coffee. Taste like 99% water and 1% coffee. literally a coffee less americano?

I was just in this starbucks, Timothy (I believe), was taking my order. While I was ordering I could they were distracted as they were speaking to the other barista and I ordered a decaf pistachio latte, half sweet, with oat milk. When I got the coffee it was decaf, but nothing else was correct. I want the other barista (with the short hair and lip piercing) to know that I do not blame you!! I did mention that I knew the other worker wasn't listening to me. But I'm not sure if you heard that.Now I know this is silly for me to even post but I had to catch a bus and I felt bad that the drink was wrong and now I will feel sick from the dairy and sugar, but I do want to point out that it's super important to listen. If you don't have the time to take my order and soak to co-workers, please just ask me to wait a sec or ask them to wait. Multitasking clearly doesn't work. And yes, this is a first world problem, but sometimes it's nice to just have the cup of coffee you asked for. So to the people taking the order, please listen and write the correct order down.

A historical place. I ordered a refresher to remove the ice and told me that if you don’t add ice, you have to double charge. Damn it.

This is my favourite Starbucks near me because of my favourite barista. She is genuinely one of the sweetest people and is always striking up a conversation with me and makes my drink perfectly every time. I think her name is Pearl and she’s incredible. 10/10. Love her.

Messed up my drink twice. Ordered an iced latte and they gave me straight up milk. When I went back, the barista said they forgot to put in the shots. Like what? How do you forget to put in the espresso shots and decide to serve straight up milk? Got my drink and they forgot the topping of the drink. I just can’t get over the fact the barista made the drink without the actual ingredients of the drink and said yes.. this is right. I ended up throwing away my drink after two sips.

Good service, well-run store. I've enjoyed several lattes over the past couple years. The staff told me they couldn't honor the free birthday offer from corporate due to the university location having certain separations, but they made it for me anyway under the table after looking at my app <3

Even when they get super busy at peaks the staff is always so kind and patient. Never had an order wrong, they can't do rewards here due to it being not a full affiliate but you can rack up some stars for another trip. Coffee always tasty and fresh. :)
