Wasn't paying attention during order, got the drink wrong, missed the receipt, didn't bother with a name. 8 patrons waiting for their orders and a counter full of drinks waiting to be picked up because they were all WRONG with no names and no receipts.

Very very vert discriminatory. Don’t visit under any circumstances. I was just there about 10 minutes ago with my 16 year old son. There was a gentleman and his wife eating their homemade food in the restaurant and as I was looking for my wallet they called my son over to talk to him. I asked them not to talk to my child and as soon as I said that the staff told me and my son we had to leave and that they are calling security. Very terrible and scary experience. I can only imagine what this couple wanted. Very strange for the staff to defend them and be so rude to my son and I

I came in on an afternoon with a friend. My friend was looking for a non caffeinated drink for a hot day so did say she was looking for something with electrolytes. There was no one waiting in line behind us at the time. One of the staff said we should try at the 7/11 across the street and away from there (not actually all that close at all). I got an oat milk drink and my friend got a herbal tea and lemonade. When I went to pay with the app as the app has said their location does, the staff member blocked the scanner saying they don't do that here but would let me scan for points. It's the same QR code system for both though? I think they were actually just pushing for tips because as other reviews have mentioned it does default to a suggested 20% option on the terminal. It really felt like they did not want us there at all. I think also they either deliberately put some milk in or didn't clean their shaker because I got a reaction like there was dairy in my drink.
Wheelchair accessibility: This is very not wheelchair accessible as there is no way except a long way around through a hotel service hall for a wheelchair to get inside. The tables and chairs are also close together so I would see moving around to be a problem.

Maybe I haven't been to a Starbucks in a while, but I find the default minimum tip at 20% for this location to be highly offensive. It's just egregious. Nice location but I'll be getting my coffee fix elsewhere.

Place is great with a nice view but the restaurant itself doesn't have their own wifi; you only get wifi from the hotel nearby. If you're not a customer to the Hotel you won't get access.

Drinks as always overpriced and the tipping automatically being set to 20% for staff that stand around and gab and don’t show any appreciation for customer is ridiculous
Look, I'm not really a Starbucks person. Pretty much every time I order, if there isn't a line I will guiltily confess to the barista, "I don't know what I want, can you help me?" And every time, they're always happy to suggest things, even going so far as to offer me a replacement if I don't like my drink. But these people know their drinks (and also I'm too anxious to confess if I'm not a fan), so I never have to. The atmosphere is also really pleasant (that's the main reason I brave the mysterious menu), with comfy chairs for lounging and lots of good areas to get work done. As a student, I enjoy studying there. Overall, very nice experience. Thank you so much to every barista who hasn't murdered me for being a Starbucks newbie.

Got a mobile order first thing, forgot my drink and extras with my food. Super unhelpful when it was not busy and kept asking what I ordered. Not friendly whatsoever.
