I know they have a way of updating the app if they are out of stock of an item. Today though, the app said dark roast was available that moment but upon pick up they told me they stop brewing dark roast at around 1 or 2. Pike was fine but having the dark roast would have been amazing.

Ive been going to this starbucks for about 2 years now and im always impressed at how friendly the baristas are specifically Iris and Tulah. The whole team always does a fantastic job

Nice customer service, I haven't seen a few very curtouse staff recently. I don't know if they were switched to another location, but there are still a few of them. My drink is capuchino, latte, strawberry frappuccino, mocha crumble cookie with cream, cheese Denish.

As usual..long line up. A treat asI find they special coffees have a lot of sugar. So I split it with a friend! Nice once in a while as I would not like to get addictive....best coffee shop is the Broadmead location.

Lovely

Last time I was there one of the employees who usually makes drinks was on a break in the morning. While waiting for my coffee to be made I saw him picking his nose and eating nose boogers. This makes it a lots less appealing to get coffee there if the person who makes the overpriced beverages pokes his nose and eats it right in front of customers. I will avoid this location.

Purposely arrived early to make an appointment. 14 minutes in line just to get a drip coffee. The poor staff are running around like decapitated chickens, sometimes leaving NO ONE at the cashiers.
