Super slow, only 1 employee working. I placed a mobile order and it was more than 12 minutes that I waited. i still did not receive my order while my order estimate time was diff. My food was prepared but it got cold by the time i got my drink. I went to the cashier to ask about it, she did not even apologize and mentioned they prioritize cafe orders first. Bad customer service. Very unhappy experience with @starbucks

6 peppermint mocha’s from this store over the past 1-2 months and never any chocolate curls. I pay for extra and they just give the drink and don’t say anything

They didn't have enough change to accept a hundred dollar bill ! Drink wasn't worth the price at all and so tasteless that I had to add sugar to it ! Very poor experience.

Ordered a short americano. It was so extremely watered down. What is this, like quarter of a shot of espresso in it? And costs $4 or something! For that price I can get a top specialty coffee double shot of espresso in Vancouver! Just terrible.
