Awful leadership at the head office, people at the store are nice though! I've been in multiple times, but they're often closed in the middle of the day. I was speaking to a barista, and there's an agreement between the store and Starbucks to be open 0700-1900 and they're not allowed to close for breaks. However, the store isn't allowed to schedule anyone to work! Set up for failure if you ask me.

Normally fine but today I ordered a venti and literally half the cup was not full. Didnt think I needed to measure my starbucks drinks but here we are. That's my usual spot but will probably be switching it up now. Fairly salty. This was during the evening shift tonight (I was the only customer at the time)

They no longer serve iced coffee. How a coffee kiosk in a grocery store can't serve iced coffee is beyond me, it's just coffee and ice.
Typical Starbucks in a slave-on. Got drink wrong, didn't bother to ask for correct drink as no confidence in the barista
