Absolute disaster of an experience. It took over 45 minutes to get two drinks.

​The problems started immediately, the music was nauseatingly loud, and they were out of half the items on the menu. We placed a mobile order to save time, but after waiting 25 minutes while everyone else was served, we asked for an update to which they claimed they didn't have our order.

​I showed them the mobile receipt and proved it was the correct location. Instead of apologising, they told me I’d have to re-order, but they 'wouldn't charge me again', as if that was a favor?! I had already paid in the app and had been waiting there the whole time! When I asked for a refund so I could just leave, they refused. To make matters worse, they forced me to wait at the back of the queue again, adding another 15 minutes to the wait.

​The logic here is baffling and the service is nonexistent. Avoid this location unless you have an hour to waste and want to be treated like an inconvenience for wanting the drink you already paid for.

I ordered oatmeal with steamed milk, but when I got back to my order it was very dry, as if the steamed milk was not added properly. I also ordered egg bites and there was no ketchup included, and no fork provided. This has happened a few times now. I usually enjoy Starbucks, but these repeated issues are disappointing. I hope more attention is given to order accuracy and basic items like utensils and condiments.

One hot drink , one waffle warm to the customer at approx the same time, seems like its not to much to ask with 5 staff working but apparently it is for this location, now I remember why I stopped going this particular Starbucks

This is a conveniently located Bistro however that convenience can result in long lineups. Staff do their best to speed things up while still being friendly.

Waited over 40 minutes for a mobile order that contained one beverage. I spoke to the staff a couple of times during the 40 minute wait and after 30 minutes of waiting, I asked for a refund as I did not wish to wait any longer. The staff advised that they could not refund my order even though it had been over 30 minutes with no beverage. The total wait time was just under 45 minutes. Will not be back.

Far too frequently this location does not read tickets closely enough and I am served cows milk when I’ve ordered a non-dairy beverage. Drinking cows milk will make me sick. Most of the world is actually lactose intolerant. Further training is needed for these baristas and more experienced staff on bar during peak to remedy this.

They open too late at 6:30 Am for coffee shop is very late.. even at 6:32am i went inside the staff made me wait extra 10 minutes to brew coffee. Bad management. They never make the heavy cream as per request for the coffee. Parking is painful at busy times also. No Washrooms!!!????!!! any eating place should have washroom for washing hands atleast a sink !

Came in on a Wednesday to place and pay for a large order for coffee in advance for pick up on Friday morning. Get in on Friday morning at the agreed upon time. Surprise, surprise, nothing is ready or even started. Now I had to wait twenty minutes and I was late for the morning event the coffee was for. The level of service at Starbucks has gone so far downhill, Tim Hortons might actually be better.
