Best Starbucks and service I’ve been in and got in a while! Super friendly girls, lots of consistency even during the busy hours! The vibe and atmosphere is so warm and welcoming since I’ve been in on a few occasions. The hot chocolate always tastes the same, bathroom and store front are very clean. Thank you for such a great experience while vacationing in Victoria.

What a wonderful way to start my morning. I was greeted by every staff member working, and my drink was prepared promptly. Beyond that, everyone was incredibly friendly and complimentary, which really set a positive tone for the day. Regular customer here. Ordered one coffee here and finished it. Then I came to the counter to ask for a cup of iced water. The red head barista had very rude attitude and ask me to pay for one iced water which is crazy. Work on your attitude towards your customer may improve your rating for the store!
