I worked at starbucks for 7 years. I know how important customer service is. I got through the drive through. No good morning or anything. Just gave me my coffee and I was like is anyone going to actually take my payment. For a coffee place like Starbucks you expect the friendly greeting. I think it is sad to see a change where people don't care

Charged me $12.80 for one venti pumpkin spice latte. I pressed the $2 tip as usual and tapped my card before I realized the wrong price. The dumb blonde at the window refused me a receipt and claimed it didn't go through and she was giving me a free drink. My bank account was charged $14.80 and she told me I was whining about a free drink! Nothing free about paying twice the actual price for 1 single coffee.

We parked to buy our hot drinks. Cars and trucks were flying through the drive through. There was very poor prioritizing to the 8 or 10 pedestrians who walked into the store. Very disappointed in the service. This is not to cast negative reviews on employees who served. It is rather management who refuses to move away from Covid type service.

Usually closes early Fri and Sat. Often "we have run out of ....." No more sitting outside due to street people. Hard to get to with trafficin the area.

So disappointed in this Starbucks! Ordered a drink that I get all the time from other locations, I was asked at the window how many shots of espresso, which I had already specified in the order, (all good though, people forget) but even after specifying, I was given 2 shots instead of three and medium roast instead of blonde. This was after waiting almost 10 mins at the actual window. Upon getting home, I noticed a very large amount of milk “sediment?” Sitting in the bottom of both coffees and they equally tasted slightly sour? Seriously disappointed in not only the significant wait time but also terrible quality of my order.

Three different times I have walked over to this Starbucks and every time the store has a makeshift sign saying it is temporarily closed and to order in drivethru. Staff refuse to help you in the drive thru if you are not in a car as per store policy. I suggested if the cafe is closed it should be reflected online and the employees response was its store policy to put a sign on door. Not helpful. This is the worst starbucks I’ve ever been to for customer service. Not to mention the countless times I’ve driven over and the store has been temporarily closed with a make shift sign and nothing posted online.
