I had the best experience today at Starbucks. I'm older and often feel like young people are pretty generic; usually not giving me the time of day. However, today was different. Jessa was so kind and tolerant. Answered all of my questions about the app. I walk with a cane so I can't really carry things. Jessa very thoughtfully carried my stuff, asked me if my coffee was the right ratio of milk to coffee, and finally asking me if I needed anything else. A very refreshing...
I watched the batista cough well looking down preparing my drink,standing right over my cup.They did not even try to turn there head. I chose to keep my cool and walk away tossing my drink in the rubbish.I took a loss plus I tipped.Thanks StarbucksNot so much ?
We were a bit undecisive, and the gentleman at the order window was super helpful and sweet.
