Best Starbucks and service I’ve been in and got in a while! Super friendly girls, lots of consistency even during the busy hours! The vibe and atmosphere is so warm and welcoming since I’ve been in on a few occasions. The hot chocolate always tastes the same, bathroom and store front are very clean. Thank you for such a great experience while vacationing in Victoria.
What a wonderful way to start my morning. I was greeted by every staff member working, and my drink was prepared promptly. Beyond that, everyone was incredibly friendly and complimentary, which really set a positive tone for the day. The team clearly has great rapport with one another, and it created such an inviting, welcoming atmosphere. It truly felt like a group that works well together.
This is hands-down one of the best Starbucks locations I’ve ever visited! The staff are always so friendly, upbeat, and welcoming — they make every visit a great experience. The drinks are always spot-on, the store is spotless, and the atmosphere is super positive. A special shout-out to the manager, who clearly leads by example and keeps the team running smoothly. You can tell she genuinely care about both their customers and their crew. Highly recommend this location!
