When I came back to get cutlery (before seeing how terrible the bowls were) the guy looked terrified so clearly knew.

Service was a bit fast paced despite there not being really any people. Food was rushed and order had to be corrected a few times. Food itself is lacking as the order was fumbled around a bit. Atmosphere was very nostalgic as it holds true to the original subway locations with the decor but it definitely could be cleaner. Overall just slightly worse than average, i hope that can change in the future.

i ordered on the app and they barely follow it , cheese on a no cheese, they didn't add or gave me any chimichurri for the chimnichurri and streak sandwich , and so on.

THIS IS NOT A REVIEW OF THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION, BUT OF SUBWAY CORPORATE FOR VANCOUVER AND VANCOUVER ISLAND. This was my regular go to store. Nice people, clean, and pleasant. Unfortunately Subway corporate is clueless, and their lack of response or caring is insulting and infuriating. I am a regular customer as in a least once a week EVERY WEEK OF THE YEAR. I always order the same meal. Tuna sub, with Pure Leaf lemon iced tea, and Miss Vickie's Salt and Vinegar chips. I was told yesterday that corporate pulled Miss Vickie's Chips, Salt and Vinegar. Those chips are extremely popular in Canada, and a great add on to a Tuna Sub. They just pissed off a 75 to 100 time a year visiting customer. Never received a response from corporate when I files a complaint on their web site and Facebook. The nice people running this store have lost my business, and I will bad mouth all Subway's to anyone who will listen , when the opportunity presents itself . It's hard to go from liked a lot to loathed over one issue, but Subway with their ignorant policy change and lack of even caring, has made it quite easy to do.

Standard Subway restaurant. The staff were very busy when we went bit they were still pleasant and managed to take our orders quickly. They were patient with the kids then order too, which isn't always easy.

Typical subway. Even though it was quite late in the evening, we received great advice from a cheerful employee. The sandwiches were great.

Mariselle was a wonder-woman! She held up the fort alone, multi-tasking so efficiently with multiple orders on the go, making sure each one was exactly how the person wanted it. She was so kind and thoughtful. Most wonderful Subway employee I’ve encountered in 20+ years! Please give her a raise, as she goes above and beyond. ?
