I got a gluten free sub here. The lady working was amazing, she knew all about celiac and used fresh gloves for me and a fresh knife. I’ve been to lots of other subways and never got sick from this location. Staff have all been nice and generally aware of CC. Thank you to the lady working who cared so much in preventing me from getting sick!

The staff member who prepared my order at Subway today was attentive and considerate despite the challenging conditions. They took care to get my sandwich just right, double-checking each ingredient and making sure I was satisfied with the result. However, the restaurant itself was uncomfortably hot. Within just 5 minutes of entering, I was already feeling overheated and eager to leave. I can only imagine how difficult it must have been for the employee who had to work in that stifling environment for hours on end. Their ability to maintain a professional demeanor and provide good service under such circumstances was truly commendable. While the food was prepared well, the oppressive heat significantly detracted from the overall dining experience. Subway should really consider improving their air conditioning or ventilation system to create a more pleasant atmosphere for both customers and staff.

I went to Subway to buy a sub at night and it was extremely hot inside. It was impossible to dine in. Do they have AC inside? I am not heading back until it cools down
Vegetarian options: Full veggies are the best sub. Also, they have affordable options. I always try different subs, and the best part is the good service they have.

I went in.. I was carrying my work back pack.. Being an Indeginous woman.. The darker skinned Asian fellow working treated me so horrible..first of all.. It was so hot in there and it smelled so bad. like stinky feet and a$$. WOW....this sandwich artist had the nerve to be picky on the customers he wanted to serve...his attitude was disgusting.. Very narrcissistic and racist towards me...and hes a minority himself.. I was apalled.... Needless to say I told them they should clean that place before they start serving food before he unkindly gestured yelling me out of there.. The Subway in Esqimalt and Head Street is so SO MUCH BETTER...air conditioned and clean..and wifi.... the owners of that establishment know their business..and treat their customers with respect..just sayin..:)

Ordered a foot-long turkey and you can barely taste the meat it’s not the fault of this location or its employees. The subway franchise has just made the meat so thin it’s not even worth 10 bucks anymore for five very thin pieces of turkey that you can’t even taste on a piece of bread What a rip off won’t be going to Subway anymore they’ve lost my business. They have also shrunk the size of the bread can’t even feel full off of one foot-long anymore. What a joke used to be good for my lunch hour. Not anymore I’m done with Subway. There’s no value in their food anymore.

It’s a Subway. Nobody goes there thinking it’s great. This particular one had two young guys who clearly hated their jobs. Not that I blame them for that. But why lay that on a family that just needs to feed the kids?I’m sure I will eat at a Subway again, but I hope it’s not the sad experience this visit was.

The bread on both subs today were the driest and most unappetizing I've ever had. Is subway proud to serve that to their PAYING customers? I'd be embarrassed, very poor business.I returned today for a free replacement, but theowner must enjoy serving old sub buns, whathappened to baked fresh daily? Sandwich was nobetter.He's got an expensive car to pay for, so I get it-but my family will not ever return to this location.
