I’m writing this review after 5–10 consistently bad experiences at this particular Subway. I usually avoid leaving negative reviews, but at this point I feel people deserve to know and choose a better place for their meal.
Today’s experience was the final straw. I went there for lunch and ordered two footlongs. When I reached the pickup area, my order wasn’t ready. While waiting, I noticed the lettuce was yellow and clearly not fresh. I politely asked the staff member if they could replace it with fresh lettuce. He replied, in front of other customers, that this was the only lettuce they had and that all of it was the same. He also said this is how it comes from their supplier, and there was no option for fresh lettuce.
This isn’t an isolated issue. A few weeks ago, I went to the same Subway and was told that veggie patties were unavailable, and that supposedly all of British Columbia was out of veggie patties due to supplier issues. However, the very next day, while doing Uber deliveries, my friend and I visited another Subway location, and they had veggie patties available with no issue at all.
This location is close to my workplace, which is why I kept giving it chances, but the quality, honesty, and customer service have been consistently disappointing.
After many chances and repeated issues, I can confidently say:
I recommend choosing any other Subway location instead of this one.

Was served raw meat and refused a refund until I could “prove my case” to the worker. He was ignorant to the idea that just because this meat was not cooked in house, doesn’t mean it could have been undercooked where it came from. He actually asked ChatGPT if this meat was raw before finally refunding my meal, which he would only do if I gave up my chips and drink, unbelievable and disgusting excuse for service.

I frequent this store a lot because I pass by it. I generally go there on the same day every couple of weeks. Brandi works that shift and I make sure she serves me because she is an actual Subway sandwich artist. She takes great care at making sure the items are fresh and placed neatly and in nice layers. I've had some pretty horrible looking subs with the filling just plopped and falling onto the wrapper when you open it up. Even her packaging is nice and neat. She should train the other employees on how to be friendly and how to make a sub correctly. Don't ever quit Brandi!

Worst service I have ever seen in the Subway the guy in this picture he was so so so freaking rude. He didn’t even know how to attend the customers. We were planning to order three foot-long’s and he was using same gloves to make three of them because one of them were chicken and we asked to make it separate separately, but he was using the same gloves and when we asked him to change the gloves. He said that he cannot do that like we are allergic to chicken. I don’t know why he was doing that. Secondly, payment is always done when we receive the sandwiches. He was freshly asking us to pay then he will give us the sandwiches because we are still not ready. Why would be first make the sandwiches? How would you make it then we will decide we will pay or not then at the end it with the four dressings we asked him to build the sandwich. He said that he cannot do it. It’s totally unfair. You can do a sandwich grilled and it’s just for dressing in it. We asked to call the manager he started talking in his own languages, which is not at all allowed on the floor to talk in their own language when you are having challenge with the customers worst worst service don’t go on this location. Please change your stuff.

There’s one girl here who consistently delivers fantastic guest experience — professional, friendly, and efficient for 3 years. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end for me. 2 stars are only for the efficient associate who is implacable.
I’ve visited this location at least 9 to 12 times over the past two months, and every time I’ve tried to order Potato Rings, they’ve been unavailable. I only managed to get them once. When I finally asked an associate if they were just that popular, he casually replied, “They’re in the freezer, and it takes too long to defrost, so we just keep them in.”
That answer was shocking — it highlights not just poor inventory management but a missed opportunity for both guest satisfaction and revenue. If something is constantly unavailable due to internal inefficiencies, it leaves a poor impression.
Hope management can step in, because the location and potential are great — it just needs better execution.

This subway is the worst I ever went. There was a guy working he don’t even know how to great the customer. Ask us to pay first before making sandwich. He used same gloves for veggie and non veggie and said in this location they don’t change gloves. Will never recommend this store.
