Hands down my favorite subway location in the area.
Everytime I go there or order delivery from skip, they always make my subs with the best of care, never made a mistake on my order, always perfectly toasted, just delicious!! If you ever crave subway, this is where I’d stop by. :)

The service Mansi provides Everytime we Come to this location is absolutely perfect! She is so careful and thoughtful with how she prepares our gluten free allergy subs. She has the best customer service out of all the subways we've been to. She definitely deserves a raise!

Absolutely the worst subway told me that they cant do gluten free in footlong even though every other location you can and they just use 2 buns the guy wearing the ballcap with an aweful attitude needs to be removed from the store he is very unprofessional and rude

Hey i would like to tell you i came in the store today and i got served by a guy wearing a cap backwards and full of attitude i personally supervise subway and i don't think so this kinda behavior is good with customers please teach him the work ethics and the restaurant atmosphere it's not a fashion show i, i am sharing this with my personal experience i hope the owner will look into this

I’m a regular customer at this Subway, I go there about 3 times a week for lunch, spending over $1,000 here per year, at least I used to. Today the manager yelled at me for using the water fountain to rinse off my hands. I have been doing this since Covid started for sanitary reasons, but he chose today to scold me like a child instead of just asking me nicely to stop. The disrespectful behaviour of this asinine manager has ensured that I will never be back to this restaurant, which is unfortunate for the owner as he seems like a good hardworking businessman, but this ridiculous outburst will ultimately cost him thousands of dollars

Briyavare gave me perfect service. I had the big yummers. Good sub, and the pop isn't too watered down. Only 15 dollars for a footlong and a pop. Would recommend if you want something quick with a wide variety of options.

Subway is a reliable and this location have a delicious options to quick bite Their sandwiches are freshly made to order, and the staff is always friendly and accommodating. I love the variety of options, from classic favorites to more unique choices Whether I'm grabbing lunch on-the-go or meeting friends for a casual dinner, Subway is always a solid choice

Trash Subway, paid $50 for three subs, every single one the bread was rock hard also bought 6 stale cookies, lady behind counter spoke almost no English and presumed to put every single veggie on my sandwich!(language barrier shouldn’t be customer facing) just a joke of a Subway DO NOT GO HERE! P.s I see a pattern with the five star reviews….you guys aren’t fooling anybody.

The service is generally really good, here the girl behind the counter was very hard to hear. I had to ask her to repeat herself several times.Disappointed the herb and cheese bread was crispy and hard and very disappointed there was NO PEPPER...I haven't seen Kevin in a while. He is awesome!!

Incredibly rude "manager" at the tillicum road subway. On April 20th 2024 at about 230 pm we decided to visit this shop and had a coupon to use . Every time we would ask a question about what the coupons were really valid for, he would constantly rolling eyes, yell at the us and show aggression as if to say we are some lower beings. He tried to put his lack of customer service on a female colleague and said he is behaving the way he is because he is busy and the female colleague was "new". There were others in the queue who also noticed his behavior. Worst part is tht my wife tells me its her second time being treated this way. This coming from someone who calls themselves a manager is pretty darn lame and uneducated. We didnt feel welcome nor respected and left the store questioning ourselves about choosing to come to the subway near tillicum center. I expect much better from Subway.

The service provided to the customer is very good and staff is very nice Sometimes I get a little late in reaching the subway, so they do not close the subway until I finish my food. The staff is very cooperative. One boy named Tarun does a very good job, be it cooking food or customer interaction or his good way of speaking. Because of his good behavior, I keep visiting that subway.
