Was there the other day. Bathroom is out of order. Fountain machine out of order.Girls behind the counter were very unsanitaryNot changing gloves when grabbing doors and cabinets. Using the till and machines without changing gloves and touching raw and cooked meat.The one presses on the bread to cut it and it looks like flatbread. Veggies didn’t look fresh. Mayo left on the counter and not in fridge. Two girls working a weekend and one was only working current people inside whileThe other was doing skip orders.Place seemed unkept. No clean tables. No clean work space. Knife wasn’t wiped between sandwiches being made. Condensation on windows indicating a seal break somewhere. Bread doesn’t look cooked. Our cookies were undercooked and still raw in spots. Do better. I’ve reported this to VIHA.

I’m absolutely astounded on the lack of service. Ordered a 6 inch and 12” sub through the app. Another person picked it up so they didn’t realize it was not only 2 6” subs instead but the one was completely wrong. $24 spent. Called 6 times myself to fix the issue friend called 3 times. All unanswered calls. Wife drove 15 minutes back to get a partial refund. The individual who was working said they couldn’t refund it as it was through the app and could give us 2 sandwiches for free tomorrow. It’s appreciated but not at all what we were hoping for to rectify the issue. Already out money for a sub we didn’t order but to drive back and get a response of free food instead of a simple refund just seems so sub par.I think your better to keep the money as it clearly is needed more than myself. This is one less place I need to overspend to under deliver. So for that thank you

Terrible. The sandwich was just awful… the bacon was barely cooked, I didn’t add lettuce as it was completely spoiled in the counter and there was no spinach. The sandwich artist put about a gallon of ranch on the sandwich, so by the time I opened it up the 6 inch sub was more soggy than an old ladies spoiled knickers. Avoid this location, they have clearly given up… one staff member during lunch service. The glass looks like it was smashed and now there’s just caution tape all around the seating area.
